The location is good for access to alot of things in the area. We arrived late and had no problem with checking in. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was quiet on a Saturday night and check out Sunday morning was a breeze.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly staff and clean hotel.

Not a bad place. Beds are clean but room is kinda old and musty.

Husband really loved this hotel. He didn't complain once. He loved the bed too. He is very hard to make happy when it comes to hotels so this one is a big winner.

Took my husband here for his birthday. The hotel is a close drive to several wineries, the Russian River area, and the Armstrong Redwoods State Park. The hotel staff is friendly, and our room was clean with a very comfy bed. We enjoyed our time very much.

meet expectation. I first stayed at the 2nd floor and heard a lot of noise from the 3rd floor. I was helped to move to the other room of 3rd floor immediately after I talked with clerk.

The room is an average Hilton room. The furniture could be updated. Room was clean and service was good. Heated big pool and nicr big gym.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and have always found the rooms clean and well maintained. We come from the Bay Area and it's conveniently located right off Rte 101- Although it's a slight ride to the wineries we favor west of Rte 101, it is still close enough !

As soon as my fiancé and I arrived we were greeted by the sounds of sheep grazing in the back hills. Very quant and soothing. The hotel was over all very clean with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was good. Amenities were ok, the standard swimming pool, hot tub, modest work out room, etc. This hotel is in Santa Rosa, in the general Sonoma wine region, and is thus well located. Value wise, its expensive, but given the massive number of tourists, all hotels have inflated prices. While the room was nice and the hotel overall good, I feel the price I paid was higher than warranted.

Had a very nice dinner, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall the value was excellent. Would book here again if we get back to the area.

The first room we checked-in to was missing sheer window panels on a standard room with a very large window directly facing a wall of front-facing cars at street-level. I called the front desk and we were moved to another room after waiting 10 minutes in the hallway for an employee to come by with additional keys. The second room faced the same wall of cars parked directly facing the room window at street-level, only this room had sheer curtains that allowed light and a barely obstructed full view of the room. Expect that this is the very basic room you will be assigned to if you book this hotel via this same third-party provider. Next, the carpet was noticeably dusty, in need of shampooing. The top of the low-boy dresser was scratched from obvious rough handling by previous guests. The sheets were not of the same soft/sheer high thread-count quality as my previous stays at other hotels of the same name, the sheets were noticeably rougher. The shower curtain was torn in several places along the top, facing into the bathtub. The toiletries in the bathroom were noticeably dusty, and when I say "dusty" I mean I could literally write my name in the dust. Bottom line: if you go to this hotel, expect comfort - but DO NOT expect same experience you have had at hotels with the same name. Also, the hotel is laid out town-house style, with terraced apartments along a gently sloping hillside - this is not a high-rise building. Also, they provide wine in the room at $25 per bottle - for wine that, for someone who grew up in the area (me), was never considered to be good by myself or many of the others locals I grew up with. Also, we received three completely different sets of driving directions on how to get to the hotel from Highway 101. Finally, a polite lady at the hotel was able to give clear and concise directions. The two previous calls were taken by men who did not know how to give clear and concise directions on how to get to the hotel from Highway 101. We were so "shell shocked" by our misadventures in driving to the hotel, that rather than explore the area that day, we waited until the next day to go out again. Also, we sat in the hot tub one night and were assailed by the stories of cops who were on vacation (who were also in the hot tub) who went into great detail about finding dead body parts and what they had to do when collecting evidence. Needless to say, my dream state was taken up with visions of rotting corpses after what was supposed to be a relaxing dip in the hot tub. The latter experience doesn't speak to the hotel, however, it does speak to the clientele you may encounter if you wish to stay there. I'm sure there are many who would have been enthralled by the cops stories of finding rotting body parts strewn along the countryside and the process of forensic evidence gathering and bagging body parts in the countryside of Nothern California. I am not a fan of criminal forensic investigation strategy, certainly not in a hot tub while on vacation.

Jan and the Friday evening staff were very kind. All staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Expected more because this was a Hilton Property in a DREAMY destination, but property was not particularly special.

Great value, spacious & clean rooms, and comfy bed!

Our first visit to Santa Rosa and we found the hotel to be in a perfect area. Just minutes away from many wineries and really great restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough about housekeeping staff. I forgot to take my iPad after I checked out and did not realize it till I was home. I called and they said they had it and agreed to send it to me right away. Fantastic customer service.

I enjoyed my stay and will return to the hotel for my next business trip. The hotel is perfectly located off Highway 101. I enjoyed the vegetable choices and salads in their restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly. The only negative was my hotel room, which was designed for a disabled traveler. The shower stall was too short and the closet designed for the disabled person. They offered to move me to a standard room, but I declined. All in all it was a good experience.

Clean, quiet rooms, comfortable bed, good food and very friendly and helpful staff.

Loved the feel of the hotel. Wish we could have gotten a little better view. We were on the first floor. The second or third would have been fabulous.

it was comfortable for the price. I would stay there again.
