We we really liked the location near the town square. The room was spacious and well furnished. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing exciting. Pool area was quite nice.

Room had a fire place which we used one night even in September. Hot tub and pool were nice. Breakfast was a little inconvenient to get to from our room, but just sent the husband and he brought the food back. The toilet was extremely low and should be updated, but would definitely stay there again. Great location.

I thought this hotel was expensive. The rooms were nice, very roomy. We had a king bed room that had a sitting area with a fireplace with 1 Duraflame log. Not a lot of parking, no elevator, and the doors were all outside. Breakfast was pretty crappy, but there were some choices. Cold scrambled eggs, bacon I didn't have. Yogurt, breads and muffins. Overall the place wasn't bad.

I have stayed at multiple properties in and around Sonoma over the years. I will never stay elsewhere again. First and foremost, this property offered a very nice, clean, and specious room at a low price. Admittedly, it's not the Ritz Carlton, but I am not rich. When I saw the price during booking I assumed the property would be dumpy. I was very wrong. The room had a high ceiling, plus sliding glass door (and screen door) with direct access to pool. Made the room full of natural light and fresh air. No need to run AC. We had two queen beds. Myself, a 10 year old, and two toddlers comfortably stayed there for four days. With a first floor room I had access to the pool via our balcony. No reason to walk down hallway to get to pool. Instead we opened a little gate and took a few steps. I ended up putting a padlock on the latch to protect the toddlers. Still, I could play with little ones while watching the elder in the pool. Hotel is at a wonderful location. Downtown Sonoma is less than five minute walk away. More importantly, directly across street was a CVS and a Whole Foods, both of which are absolutely necessary when traveling with kids. The only aspect I found slightly lacking was the breakfast. It was free, however required a walk through a parking lot. That said, once there all sins were forgiven. Coffee was fresh, hot, and very tasty. Lots of seating in a cute little building. The menu was somewhat limited, but the fresh and free smoothies made up for that.

Our hotel experience was very nice. The hotel offered free laundry, a nice pool and hot tub with an appealing courtyard. Our beds were the BEST out of all the places we stay in on our Hwy 101 trip down the coast. Very nice FREE breakfast in the morning offered with items for everyone.

One of best Best Westerns we've stayed at. Fireplace with complementary log in the room. Nice courtyard with hot tub, pool and sculptures. Very good complementary continental breakfast. Excellent location for wine country, walking distance to downtown square of historic Sonoma.

I can't really add to this but on previous trips this hotel is fabulous!

Older hotel. We had an upstairs room with a king bed and fireplace. Bathroom very basic and dated. Close to center of town. Free breakfast was poor - crescent shaped scrambled eggs - tasteless. Thin strips of bacon - tasteless. Perhaps the granola was better. Price per night was relatively high for the value.

Very clean, landscaped beautifully, convenient to Sonoma square, reasonably priced

Stayed for 3 nights. clean, quite in good location. Gym needs much bigger room and lots of imrpovement, unusable as it is now. The rest is in a good shape.

We had stayed here before a few years ago. You can't beat the location, so close to the Plaza. But the Inn now seems very dated. The room was dark. The decor seems a bit drab and dated. The cleanliness left something to be desired. Had to clean some brown splashes on the bathroom door entry off ourselves. Being in the room wasn't that comfortable feeling. We could hear the neighbors way too clearly. The major drawback was the heater: very noisy and constantly cycling on and off every minute or so. Yet the room didn't heat up much and there was cold air coming in under the heater, from the outside. And this was on some cold nights in late November. The staff was friendly and the room was serviced promptly. The lobby is lovely, as is the courtyard. The price was decent. We feel that some updating and greater care to thorough cleaning of the rooms would really help this Inn be a great stay.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. It has a great location near Sonoma plaza so going out for dinner was easy from there. It was also convenient to a number of wineries in the area. The free breakfast was better than I expected it has pancakes, eggs, and sausages. My biggest issue was with the AC. It was not quite powerful enough to keep the room cool on a very hot day. The pool was nice enough but nothing special

We wdere totally satisfied with the accomodations. I hjad requested a handicapped accessibile room because my wife is recovering from spinal surgery. When we came in the clerk at the front desk told me that there was no handicapped room available at the time. When I showed him that I had requested it he got on the phone and spoke to someone who ebvidently had a reservation for that room and convinced her to give up that room so that we coulkd have it. All worked oiut well. The staff was most helpful.

Location is great and the hotel is in nice intersection place. Have good breakfast every day, nice spa.

Great hotel. Super cute and a great location. I will definitely go back. they had a fireplace and provided free logs daily. Free wifi and breakfast. Super friendly staff.

Dependable and comfortable mid-level hotel in Sonoma. We liked the spacious King with fireplace on the 2nd level in the corner (room 202). Neutrogena toiletries a bonus. The included extended continental breakfast is a nice treat. Nothing fancy (cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, pastries, white bread, yogurt, apples, oranges, beverages), but it works. The woman attendant in the dining room that morning was very sweet and hard-working. Some front desk clerks are prompt to help, others less so. There were leaves and debris in the pool, and it's pretty cold. Steam room appears to need some cleaning and wiping. Grounds and courtyard are pretty and well-maintained. Within easy walking distance of Sonoma shops and restaurants.

Our room was very large with a king bed and small sitting area with a TV in both. We had a wood burning fireplace (though there was a downdraft problem the night we were there), a small balcony, a large jacuzzi bathroom, a Keurig, small fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There's a nice courtyard with seating and outdoor table gas fireplaces!

I spent one night in Sonoma, and I found this hotel to be great. It's not a super fancy hotel, but it was very clean, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay overall. Best incentive for staying here is the location! For that said the price is cheap. Stay within the plaza and you technically don't need to drive to be near tastings (obviously not all), great food, and a sense of community. There are definitely nicer and more star associated hotels that we can afford but for what its worth, best value for location. Overall relatively clean too. Nice staff.

You can't ask for a better Sonoma-central location. This lovely hotel is perfect for relaxing between exploring downtown Sonoma's extraordinary restaurants and shops (within easy walking distance) and at the surrounding wineries. And dog friendly, too!
