We were in town for a dog show and the hotel is pet friendly. The room was big and clean and the grounds are kept nicely. My only complaint was that they didn't give me a ground floor room. With a dog, having to go down the stairs in the rain was a bit frustrating.

We spent three nights and had no complaints at all.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet room. Easy north/south access to 101.

My only complaint would be the hotel was not ready for us when we arrived after check in. When returning an hour later it still wasn't ready. Frustrating when you'very been driving and would just like a shower! Otherwise, staff was friendly, room was clean. We didn't go to breakfast I believe you had to pay, so it wasn't worth it for us.

First time staying here. It was very clean, spacious and the staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect in the room.

Close the the fairgrounds where our event was being held. Good breakfast, clean room, nice and quiet. No complaints. Staff was friendly and very accomidating.

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa at the Best Western Inn!!!

Awesome stay. Local places around were friendly. Clean rooms. Great staff. Covenient

Hotel was good for a quick night stay but won't like to stay much longer then that. No complimentary breakfast but for cheap you can get breakfast from the garden inn, which everyone was very nice!

Convenient location , pet friendly in some rooms so ask for that when booking if you need it. Roomy and comfortable rooms that are reasonably priced.

The hotel was pretty much what I expected, not a whole lot of bells and whistles, but very comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location. I would definitely stay there again.

The bed was really comfortable and the rooms were clean and relatively quiet--those things are most important to me in a hotel stay. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Nearbye highway, near Santa Rose downtown. Check-in staff a bit confused but o.k. Neighborhood is more industrial estate.

This older property is on a busy thoroughfare but rooms are quiet. We stayed in one fairly close to main road and had no issues. There is a small cafe that serves breakfast and dinner right on the property with very reasonable prices. Very limited menu but OK for tired travelers who do not want to go out. Very close to Denny's and highway 101. All in all a very good value. We would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly with no muss no fuss at all.

it was good, only stayed one night, very clean and quiet.

Staff were cheerful and very nice. The hotel was really dated but clean and functional. Great value. if you are looking for a bed and not there long it works well. I was there for a quick one night stay. If your used to modern and updated hotels you may not like this one too well.

This is a somewhat old place, a classic motel, but it is kept clean, and our stay was quiet. The location is not in the heart of the city, but close to the civic center. It is a short drive to acceptable places to dine. The television system is a bit quirky and not easily intuitive to operate.

Charged me $20 a night for giving me a two bed room while my reservations showed a King size bed.

Had a king size riom but needed a two beds. The hotel called it an upgrade a d charged $20 more per night for the room!
