For the price it seemed a little tired and I was surprised to find it had outside corridors.

A nostalgic stay after nearly two decades of B&Bs. Remodeled, excellent and inexpensive, even a decent breakfast included. Excellent location, room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished.

The staff was very rude and we could hear people outside of our room throughout the night, pulling their luggage, talking and could hear people talking in the rooms next to us.

The staff was very unhelpful/rude when we checked in. There were three staff members at the counter that were available to assist us, but it took some time before one man finally acknowledged us and checked us in. He barely spoke to us, asked for my credit card, although I had already prepaid but I had to ask if it was only being used for incidentals. He didn't bother to tell us where our room was or where they served breakfast, so I had to ask these very basic questions of him and he was very unfriendly the entire time. The room was so noisy that we could hear people talking outside of our rooms, every suitcase that rolled by, every conversation outside, and could hear the other guests in the rooms next to ours. My husband went to get breakfast the next morning about ten minutes before it ended and one of the women working there, started putting things up when she saw he was trying to take some of the items.

The staff was pleasant and attentive Complimentary breakfast staff kept a watchful eye on food levels on the buffet and kept the dining tables cleared and tidy for the next guest. I enjoyed the common grounds especially the walled fountain area....a great place to sit and sip and chat.

Really enjoyed the happy hour and meeting other guests. That was informative and fun.

For those of you seeking an affordable option in Healdsburg, this is hands down the best bang for your buck. Yes, it is not a 5 star but it's clean, close to everything, and has all the comforts you need. Thanks again

Nice location and amenities. Under renovation, so thete were some driveway obstacles.

Nice outdoor pool and spa. There is a safe in the room, and the room was spotless. I have been on the road for quite a while, and the bed was probably most comfortable of all the hotels that I have stayed in. Breakfast room is somewhat small so go early.

The grounds are very nice. Location is great. Our room was next to a mechanical room and there was a loud humming noise every 20 seconds. I had to download a noise app to sleep. They said they would try to move us the second day but then said they had no rooms. We have had a hard time reaching the manager to discuss the issue .

Decent place and clean. A little dated. Good location. Two nice pools.

Moderate price. Great location. Superb staff. Nice breakfast and facilities. Don't miss the adjacent Alexander Valley!

Good location, easy off California 110, staff is very accommodating.

This hotel is more "high end" than most Best Westerns in my experience. The hotel is modeled on a Tuscan villa. The facilities are quite nice, with two pools and pleasant outdoor seating areas. Our room was comfortable and clean.

This is by far the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. They have a separate desinated section of the hotel for couples and no kids, which was awesome. Our suit also had surround sound which included speakers in the hot tub room. Also awesome. Great hotel for a good price.

Beds and pillows need updating. A/C is very old system. Other than that, this is a good value and family friendly hotel.

The hotel was next to a highway and our room was very noisy due to traffic outside. Also, the breakfast area was extremely crowded with people standing in line at all the stations and bumping into each other. The staff was okay, but overall it was disappointing, compared to the other hotels where we stayed during our trip.

We have stayed here before, though quite some time ago,and were pleased to see the rooms newly renovated, comfortable and very clean. There is now a breakfast room on the premises, and breakfast was included. The staff was very friendly and eager to answer our questions about the area.

We three ladies stayed in a room with 2 beds. There was plenty of room for us and all of our stuff. The bathroom space was roomy and there were plenty of mirrors for make up and hair. The breakfast was great and the lobby coffee and water very refreshing! We asked for extra towels and blankets and they were delivered right away. Courteous service!

Easy access to on raps for highway 101, close to all local shops and wineries, stayed in Tuscany room. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and great bath tub. Fireplace cozy and the restaurant next door does room service, delicious dinner in. Would live to stay again and recommend highly.
