The hotel was very nice, the only thing is that during my stay, there is no housekeeping that clean our cottages. I'm out most of the time and I'm expecting that my room will be clean but when I got back, the room was not clean. I went back to my room around 11:10pm so I didn't like to call to request for housekeeping since I want to sleep already. In the morning, I have to leave at 6am so I reused the towel that I already put on the floor and came back to the room by lunch. Still nobody attempted to clean or asked us if we want our room to be clean. I don't know the protocol now about housekeeping but I just stayed with other hotels recently and as far as I know, housekeeping is daily unless you put a sign at your door "do not disturb" Although they gave me room upgrade during check in, I'd rather have a regular room, cleaned up daily than to have upgrade but no housekeeping service

The building they put me in off to the side of the resort area did not meet my standards for a Marriott. Room was musty, mirror dusty, hallways smelled. Felt like we were not part of the resort. Nice that bikes were included.

The pool, The complimentary champagne, plenty of parking, great wine selection, huge bathrooms, and friendly and competent employees and service.

Very nice property, clean and well located. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

The shuttle service to Sonoma Plaza was very convenient. The daily treats and wine tastings from area wineries was a nice touch.

We had a beautiful room and it was nice to be cozy inside when it was so cold outside. The room was very clean and quiet. We had a great time and plan to come again next year for our girls outing.
