Spa is a must go, it's $39 fee on top of booking a hotel (which was both like reasonable and ridiculous ha), the "mineral pool" that all guests get access to is kind of old although beautiful.
Hotel rooms were very small, which seemed like a problem at first, and I almost complained, but they gave us a huge balcony (that we went on only once or twice). I think there's remodeling going on, so many of the room upgrades weren't available. Beautiful old knobs and stuff in the bathrooms, as well as their armoire.
Service was awesome as any Fairmont. Valet was kind, grabbed us resort bikes and took pictures for us.
Room service gave us two of the same order, then charged us $82 for those two items.... so that was kind of annoying!
