Hotel burned to the ground and we were evacuated at 2:00 a.m. and forced to drive hours home and leave all ofour belongings in the room

Usually stay at Holiday Inn Express. This was a much larger room for about the same price.

Across from the Concierge Desk, cold, fresh water is provided, infused with fresh fruit. Near the water station, complimentary coffee and to-go cups with lids can be found. The hotel room is clean, neat, and quiet, with newer décor. The heating & air conditioning is newer, works properly, and does not have a moldy odor. Extra towels are available, and are located in the clean and large bathroom. Snacks are on the counter, (which are charged for at a reasonable cost). The bed has a comfortable mattress topper, a nice comforter, with several pillows. An extra blanket and pillow, if desired, can be found in the closet. Quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer are complimentary provided, along with other nice perks. Easy to use Keurig Coffee Maker with two teas and two coffees provided. Mini-Frig is in the closet, which contains a generous amount of single use liquid creamers. (I believe Coffee Mate.) There is a restaurant & bar on the premises. Plenty of free parking available. Close to 101, and in a safe area. The staff are friendly in a professional way, and are there to help you. Apparently they have a pool, which I have not seen, and most importantly, have not heard any noise from the pool area.

Overall great experience. Feather pillows not my favorite. The restaurant staff was accommodating, but looked confused and scattered when we asked for a table for 6. Then we waited for menus until we asked. Waited again for wait staff to great table side, probably about 15-20 minutes before our order was taken; seems the only 2 servers working the room were confused as to who's table we were. Once ordered the food arrived fairly quickly. The servers appeared to mean well, but just needed some direction.

Staff was so welcoming and helpful. They gave winery recommendations and vouchers and were extremely kind!

Planned family trip to Charles Schulz Museum and nearby State Park. This upscale hotel was the best deal and I was impressed.

Used to be pretty good. Now, looks old and decor is drab. Apparently no a/c in hall on 2nd floor. No elevator. Restaurant depressing in atmosphere.

Nice place. The restaurant is only fair though and way overpriced.

We stopped here for a night while working our way through Wine Country (Sonoma specifically). It was comfortable and the rooms were very large. It's a little on the high side of price for the accommodations, but it had easy access to the highway and the staff was very friendly.

The best thing about this hotel was the concierge! I think that his name was Chris. Not only was he entertaining, but he was extremely informative. He directed us to the best wineries in town. If/when we go back, we will select the hotel with him as the concierge.

Reviews were good so we booked without really knowing how convenient to the vineyards it was. We were worried that maybe Santa Rosa was too metropolitan and we would have to waste time just getting out of town. Not so. The Fountaingrove is a real find. Quality construction of fine architecture, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and we loved a light dinner in the taproom.

A nice facility and they have certainly made every effort to make the customer comfortable. Cleanliness clearly mattered to this hotel. Wine tasting when we arrived, goodies in the lobby. They were having wifi troubles during our stay.

The room was very vice and comfortable. Staff was great. They actually found my wife's missing phone. Price of everything was a little high for the location. Not much of a view.

Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Good location, not downtown, but close. Excellent dining on site.

The room was nice, as nice as an americas best value inn, no real AC just a light fan. Pool and hot tub were nice. We were there for my husbands bday trip and were up late, we were woken up at 9am by the housekeeper in the next room, she must have been having a bad morning ...i have never heard a louder maid, they slammed the vacuum into every item and wall, and opened and slammed every drawer in the place. It was so loud and disrespectful. And i mean slammed hard. It got me looking around at the furniture and walls and if my items were being destroyed like that by some lousy housekeeper theyd be fired. Not a great stay, i expected nicer for the price.

I had a good stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean and location was good. Will stay here again when in the area.

The hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with all the necessities. The heated pool and sauna outside made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Location is great! We love our stay in Santa Rosa.

I like this hotel. comfortabl, clean and quiet. It is kind of hard to see the entrance from the road at night.
