Nice pool, nice restaurant, nice staff. Hallways look a bit dirty, but inside rooms are nice and clean. Sauna/gym are not included.

My coworker and I booked this hotel when we were in town for business at the recommendation of my manager. He said it was "ok". I expected much more as the website made the place look great and it had good reviews. The first thing you notice is how aged the property is. My check-in experience was ok, the front desk person didn't really go over anything except how to get to my room. When I got to my room, it oddly smelled like baby powder. It was an old room with a small tv. I was unable to use the WiFi as it lagged like crazy. It advertised that you could purchase faster/more reliable internet - hah. Room barely had any toiletries. No conditioner, which is a big no-no for me. I'm glad I brought some with me last minute. The shower head was old with an odd spray pattern and there was no bath mat. The towels smelled like pretzels (yes, pretzels). The bed and pillows were fine. The worst thing though was that at least in my wing they had several outdoor access doors to the parking lot, one of which was right next to my room, and people came in and out through the night. The door would slam so hard and It kept waking me up! I would have been really upset if I had paid for this place myself. If I'm staying here for business again, I'll definitely stay elsewhere.

My mom stayed here 4 nights and upon getting in the bed her first night the sheets were FILTHY! (I have photos but will spare you from posting them) They brought her sheets and she had to change the bed herself. When speaking to the manager the next day he was very apologetic and assured her they would remake the bed for her second night- including the duvet cover, which needed to be changed as it was had some dirty marks on it. Unfortunately, they did NOT change this set of sheets and the original duvet cover remained. The 3rd night my mom saw the actual lady doing housekeeping and asked for all clean sheets and a clean duvet cover and the housekeeper did it. The fourth night housekeeping had never entered the room and the bed was not made and the pile of dirty wet towels remained in a heap on the floor. When my mom called the front desk they brought her an incomplete set of towels and treated her rudely when she asked them to take out the pile of dirty towels.... mocking her. The hotel manager somewhat adjusted the bill but I would not stay here again.

When we first enter the room we noticed there's few bugs in the restroom.killed it and the next morning we found more bugs in our ice bucket and one of the drinking glass in the restroom was full of bugs crawling and glass was dry empty.and my had a bug bites in her neck.

The room I was placed was not the accessible.it was by courtyard and you have to walk a distance to get to your room .

HOTEL OK WITH NICE POOL AND SPA . HAD A VINTAGE 60 FEEL

This hotel is very cool - it looks as if you could expect Elvis Presley to saunter out the front entrance- quite retro. The grounds, the pool and the hot tub are large and wonderful. I loved this place and look forward to spending some time in the summer there with my kids and grandkids who just loved the swimming pool. Highly recommend!

Decent stay. We needed a place to stay for discovery and Charles Schultz Museum. Pool wasn't heated tho.

We took our all our family on this trip enjoyed it, actually we needed it , and no regrets are choice was great.

This is an older property but well kept. The rate is a bit steep for the amenities and having to pay for Wi Fi by the minute is a very poor policy.

We only booked this hotel because we were attending a conference here. It is in the middle of nowhere, and other near by rooms were under $100, this place charged $250 per night. Then nickeled and dines us everywhere, wifi not included, breakfast not included, health facilities not included, rooms were small and dated. Old grimy shower fixtures, chipped paint, broken clock and tv remote, leak in crawl space cover over shower(so rusty water dripped on my head in the shower.) the staff were really sweet, but that did not make up for this hotel being a real rip off.

We loved this hotel. Excellent for families with kids. Staff really nice and accommodating.

the hotel layout is a bit confusing - had a hard time finding where the registration desk was! but once i did find it, staff were friendly and helpful. stayed in the renovated section, which was nice, though the hallways still have a creepiness to them. the room itself was great - modern, comfortable.

additional charges apply for internet and exercise and pool facility Weird place

Clean, quiet room, I liked the facilities, very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great. The place is easy to get to and had everything. The staff are wonderful. The room was super quiet and comfortable. There is a Safeway just around the corner. Downtown is a not-too-long walk (25 blocks). The pool is great, It is false that they have 2 olympic sized pools. More like a large pool that can be configured to 25m in several ways. Lots of lanes for swimming. I don't remember the site telling me the health club has a surcharge ($12). Worth it, Great gym. Not actually part of the resort, but just next door. And, by the way, internet is available but not included.

My wife and I wound up at the Flamingo entirely by accident, but it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Our room was huge, the bed was enormous and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the noise in the hallways, but staying on the second floor solved the noise problem. We would gladly go back to the Flamingo again.

The hotel staff were lovely, and the setting was great. We had a newly renovated room which was great and parking close to our room. The area around the hotel is well kept, nice swimming pool and bar and grill for food and drinks. we had a good stay and no complaints - expensive to stay on a sat night but unfortunately everywhere is around these area's - but besides that we had a good stay.

I came to visit family members who live nearby and recommended this hotel. Assigned room on arrival was not really safe as back door opened to a parking lot. My room was on the first floor and only a few feet from the back door. The security lock for that back door wasn't activated. I requested a room change, got one immediately, was walked to the new room, it was much nicer and safer and there was no extra charge. Room overlooked large outdoor pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast had large selection, food at restaurant was good, and they even had soy milk for my morning latte. Adjacent health club ( for a small fee) and full spa services was a nice perk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel charged for Internet even after they said they would not night staff manager Steven was Horrible needs to learn how to have customer service skills hotel needs to be remodeled a little out dated nice pool but staff needs work

Thank you very much for your feedback. It is true our ten acre resort is huge. We do have driving access very close to each room.
