Started out taking long time to check in and then went down hill Shower curtain and rod were missing and hair dryer was ripped from wall. Curtain was never replaced

I missed my flight and was a few hours late and they gave away my room and they were sold out !! Orbitz fixed the problem and got me into another hotel But the staff were not sympathetic at all and seemed to make no efffort to help

-No amenities (no pots, pans, dishes, utensils, napkins... nada). Bare shelves. An electric range but no way to use it. -Difficult parking. -Pervasive smell of tobacco and marijuana IN THE HOTEL. Every day, every hour. -Broken thermostat. I had to buy my own batteries and learn to re-program on my own, as staff was of no help. -No visit from house keeping the entire six days I was there. -Several doors broken, i.e. key card wouldn't work. Noticed that other residents were propping open the doors with rocks. -Trash in the landscaping. Cigarette butts are one thing, but a used condom!? Seriously. -Lackluster breakfast. Some muffins and instant oatmeal, that's it. A single coffee carafe/urn each morning that went quick and was never refilled. -Incidents with vagrants and some violence between guests. Police had to be alerted. Heard enough? I could go on. I can't believe this hotel is still standing.

I was completely unsatisfy with my stay here. First off let me say I requested a non smoking room. That being said don't ever stay on 3rd floor, that whole floor smells like tabaco. The rooms are terrible so small and appliances look like they been beat up. That being said I couldn't stay there, I had to move rooms. Second room was a little better but overal was disappoint with stay.

For the price, this hotel is atrocious. There were no clean rooms when I arrived at 2:45PM. The staff checking me in did not seem competent. The room smelled bad and was damp and musty. "Breakfast" consisted of coffee that soon ran out, a sampling of granola bars and stale wrapped muffins and nothing else.

Very dirty, run down, room smelled of smoke. Did not stay, cancelled and went to another hotel.

hotel is situated in the good part of town. Conveniently situated close to highway exit, restaurants, shopping. Hotel is quiet, clean and spacious. Be sure to ask for the amenities (dishes, toaster, coffee pot, detergent, hair dryer) before you go to your room..to save you an extra phone call or visit to front desk. Breakfast is a grab and go

We booked a non smoking room, but when we arrived, it reeked of smoke, and we were told that all of their non smoking rooms had been smoked in.

We had a wedding in Napa and this was the cheapest place in the area. Pros: 1) Quiet 2) Right off the freeway 3) Accepted our dog. Cons: 1) Due to maintenance issues, they did not have our King, so we had to take a Queen. I had to go through the trouble to contact Orbitz to get some money back. They couldn't do it for me even though they caused the issue. 2) Lots of smokers. Not the hotel's fault, but it was definitely a con and it was gross as soon as we walked out of the hotel to walk the dog. I guess you get what you pay for. If we would have forked over $500/night in Napa, we wouldn't have to deal w that.

The room isn't a big room but it will do the trick do a weekend. The room heater seemed to not work all that well but overall it was an okay stay

We booked a stay there because of it's proximity to Kaiser hospital. Could not get the alarm clock to work properly so I called front desk for 5:00 a.m. wakeup so I could be at hospital by 6:00 a.m. Never happened. Luckily I woke at 5:15. 12:30 a.m. same morning our door burst opened, luckily I had the safety chain set. The same hotel clerk who was supposed to set the wakeup call gave someone keys to our hotel door. When confronted he told me he did not care if I stayed elsewhere.

Our room was on the third floor, the hall to our room was dirty, and smelled like tobacco smoke. The room looked clean, but also smelled like tobacco; I requested a non-smoking room for a reason. The bed was like hard as a rock, we had worst night sleep, tossing and turning, nothing like being tired from a bad night sleep. Then to top it off, taking a shower was another experience, the shower didn't drain.

Experience was not bad. As with all extended stays, I wished there was free continental breakfast. Also, you must pay an additional fee for internet.

Nothing fancy, but is what was expeceted for the nightly rate. Strange smell in the hallways, bed was very hard, but the room was clean and had a good location for us.

Upon arriving, the hotel looks very well kept up and nice from the outside. However, once you step foot inside, it's a whole different world. The rooms are old and dirty (stains on the walls, old furniture, and smelled of possible animal urine. [...] The hotel does not provide any room service (ex: fresh towels, etc.) and they have a kitchenette, but you need to bring your own soap, and most utensils and cooking equipment. And the hotel was not cheap - $360.00 for 3 nights! I will never stay at an ESA again.

Thank you for your feedback. We were disheartened to read about the service problems you experienced when checking in and hope you will accept our sincere apology. This is not the typical feedback we receive about our staff and the service. We love welcoming our guests into their home away from home and ensuring they have everything they need for a great stay. Please know we are taking every possible measure to make sure this does not happen again. We hope you will consider a future stay so we can better demonstrate our commitment to service excellence.
