You pay in advance when you come back you are locked out of your room. There is no soap or shampoo You have to ask for towels. Because they assume that night was your last night.

Room was fine, wifi was good. Housekeeping arrived early each day (around 9am) to clean the room and were upset when we weren't out in time. Their keycard system sucks. I had to go to the main lobby each day to get our keys re-energized. They say don't put the keys by a phone, laptop or tablet or it will de-energize. They looked at me like it was my fault each time.

I always stop over at this hotel when I'm in the Santa Rosa area. It's clean, comfortable, convenient, and the staff are always courteous. I have never had a bad experience with this hotel.

We stayed in a room closest to the 101, and the road noise was very readily heard. Also, even though we were in a non-smoking room, the room smelled like tobacco smoke. The staff said they would spray a deodorizing product, but it still smelled like smoke. For what we paid, I would generally expect more from a Best Western.

My room is very closed to the highway. I can hear the cars running by the whole nights.

Affordable as compared to others in the area. Decent atmosphere, felt pretty safe with decent clientele around.

There was nothing seriously wrong with the facility, but it just felt a bit worn. The room was clean and comfortable, but again, it felt like it needed freshening up. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall this is an average motel with higher than average prices, though I guess that because it is in wine country, one should expect to pay a bit more.

Clean with Micro, coffee maker and fridge. A bit close to highway, but was handy to red lobster and Olive Garden.

Nice place...checked in the a.m. Guy at front desk was very polite and accommodating. Room was clean .Bed was comfortable...Will stay again. Thanks.

My non-smoking room smelled of pot and a plastic bag was still covering the smoke detector. The room appeared clean, other than the disgusting stale smell. The front desk folks were able to give us another room, which was fine.

Stayed here twice on weekend trips to Graton Casino. It's very close to the casino, which is great, and is adequate for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms are old, very poorly lit, and noisy. The room was clean, although with a slightly smokey smell, and the bed was okay to sleep in. My biggest problem with the hotel was that our room (138) was on the ground floor and a corner walkway, so all throughout the night we could hear people noisily coming and going. I also used the "gym" and it was also adequate, but not very nice - the carpet flooring was sticky and didn't smell good. For $170 per night, I'd rather stay at a nicer hotel -- even if I had to pay a little more.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced, other customers looked "legit." What more could one ask for?

Nice location if you don't want to be in the city. The continental breakfast was pretty good but a variety day to day would be nice.Overall I would recommend.

Used as a stopping off place for going to races in Sonoma. We did have to ask neighbors to please not smoke in front of our room though

First off, at check in, one of the guys looked and acted like he was high. Then we got to the room, and it felt very cramped and small, especially for the price. Everything seemed kind of outdated and just somewhat dirty as well. You could hear people outside all the time (throughout the night and morning), it was so loud. There was something weird going on with the AC or fan on the wall and it would loudly shut on and off about every 5-10 seconds. Then in the morning (around 7 am), one of the hotel staff members was yelling, and I mean yelling from the parking lot, instructions for putting in their holiday time to one of the other employees who was on the second floor walkway. Not only was he yelling, but also using sexist phrases such as "baby girl," to an obviously confused and somewhat disgusted young woman. The whole experience was just awful, and the staff and room left a lot to be desired.

This was a very comfortable and clean hotel with lots of restaurants and stores close by.

Although the grounds and the hotel itself were in good shape, it was a little older than I had imagined. The staff was nice and very friendly. Sorry to say, but the neighborhood seems to be declining somewhat.

I've now stayed here three times for business in the area, and will continue to come back to this hotel. It's clean, and the staff is friendly.

The near by airport was a little bit noisy. And if you get an upstairs room next to the street the early morning traffic noise might wake you up.

I booked a non-smoking room in a national chain in a state with smoking laws, so was very disappointed to walk into the lobby and find it reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was clean and comfortable, but as I'm allergic to smoke, I will probably not stay there again.
