The staff was friendly and very quick to help me when asked. The location is close to great wineries and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable bed. Good pillows. Clean room. Strong shower head. Furniture a little out dated but room was spacious. Flat screen tv with multiple different channels. Breakfast is coffee orange juice milk cereal hot chocolate bear claws and bananas. Stayed at differnt hotels in this same area this has been the most comfortable stay.

Clean, comfortable, perfect! No complaints or concerns.

Last munute way over priced for what it is... even in a Saturday night. Got room right next to soda macine and very stinky trash cans.

With someone greeting you in pajamas and hardly any breakfast, paying over a $100 does not feel very welcoming. Will absolutely NOT recommend this place.

Continental breakfast is a joke. Front desk person negative. Bad customer service.

The front desk was stinking, hotel yard needs landscape. Pavements or walkway very filthy. I'm guessing the owners are from. India(no offense) so they think it's ok to keep the hotel like they live in India. Very dirty.

Nice, accommodating staff. Rooms are not luxurious but, not creepy either. Good location.

Rooms had a microwave and a fridge, a must when traveling with little kids.

The décor is nothing fancy and what you'd expect at a budget hotel. Most important, it was clean and well cared for. There was a small refrigerator and microwave, which was nice to have. The location was good for my needs. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe. You can walk to a nice shopping area. There's some traffic noise until the stores close but it's quiet later at night. Pleasant stay. Nothing fancy but it got the job done.

The hotel was clean and the owner was pleasant. The area where the hotel is located is not so nice and some interesting characters were walking near the hotel. I would not recommend walking.

Our daughter goes to Sonoma State and we wanted to spend some time with her. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was also close to everything which made it convenient. The hotels near Sonoma State during spring and summer are very expensive, but we felt that this was reasonable.

Nothing fancy, just a simple clean room for a good price.

It is a good stop between Petaluma and Calistoga. We spent our day in Petaluma at Lagunista Brewery and the factory outlet. Spent the night at American Best Inn. Room was clean. There was coffee, orange juice, banana and cereal for breakfast. A short drive will bring to cafe where you can have a good breakfast.

Check in went well, but older Indian receptionist was difficult for me to understand. Room plain but serviceable. Bed comfortable. Bath towels skimpy. One block from Denny's Restaurant. We received our money's worth.

The room has all the essentials you need to spend a night in Santa Rosa. It is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel has easy access from the freeway.

I stayed here for one short night prior to the Healdsburg Half Marathon. It is conveniently located near the freeway in a downtown area, so it is NOT quiet at night. If you are a light sleeper, you will not be able to sleep without ear plugs. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and there was soap and shampoo. The bed was comfortable and clean. Overall, cheap and clean and served it's purpose for me.

The place was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for the two of us. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated its convenience to the Sonoma Wine area. I will stay there again soon.....

In town for work, it was clean and quiet. Would stay there again.

This facility is very clean and the mattress was comfortable. It is very standard but definitely adequate. The continental breakfast has a minimum of choices of cold stuff. Definitely a great value, however, at the price.
