We have only good things to say about this property. It was conveniently located for our rental car location. They had shuttles to/from the airport. The property looked new or newly renovated, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. There was a restaurant on premises as well as a lounge/bar area. The staff were VERY helpful and courteous - and spoke many different languages.
That is NOT an Airport hotel!!! False advertising, had to spend 30 euro to get to the hotel fro the airport ??? The hotel advertise that it has a free shuttle however it only available during certain hours. Our arrival to Malpensa was at 10:40pm and the last shuttle they provide is 10:30pm despite me asking to wait they would not and told us to get a taxi. Getting a taxi in Malpensa to go to that place was the biggest night mare. We spent an hour an a half to first finding someone to be ok to take us there. None of the apps UBER or Mytaxi wanted to provide their cars. We finally got a car and they charged us 30euro cash only. They wouldn’t even take a credit card. We had to find a way to get cash at 12 am at night. Overall it was very frustrating and completely ruined the end of our vacation. Hotel knows how difficult it is to get from the airport to their place but they simply don’t care. We met many more unhappy customers with the same issue at the hotel. I would like Orbitz to please remove them from the site as an Airport hotel because it is not! And it is not fare for people to have that stress! Adittionally I want my money back since I’m not paying for that horrible place which ruined our vacation. As far as the hotel it self that is not a 4* either. There is a mold in the bathroom, broken faucets horrible cheap pelows. Squeaking and uncomfortable bed.

Shuttle service need to be anounced 24h in advance., other wise forget it! Pizeria closes at 24:00hrs at 2330 pizza boy not there. Tried to book shuttle for my departure 24hrs in advance I was advised as Is not possible -17:30. However shuttle was available and asked to be charged fo it. Overall...: poor!!
Elevator was out of service. Room was nice but because of the smoke smell you couldn't even sleep! A.c. did not work!!! Could not open windows because of a big infestation outside. RUN!!!!
Very friendly n helpful. Close to the airport. Good food Italien, plus great selection of Pizzas. Pasta Sen a Gluten available! Easy parking - Upgrading hotel constantly Over the bridge is a nice Forrest to walk Close to town n very old castle from 1400 Century .
Great Airport location - Will stay there again when flying from MXP in the morning - will recommend to friends

We are really sorry concerning the Pizzeria Service and Shuttle. We are working hard to give a better serviceto all the Guest. We hope to see you in anoither time to show you that was been an occasionally mistake..
