The room was a good size and clean. Water pressure was very low and couldn't get much hot water.

Staff was friendly, facility is good, long hair in the sink and this is a pet friendly hotel, had to listen to a dog barking most of the night.

This hotel is dated but it was clean and in working order. While it may not please everyone, it meet our expectations given that we were primarily looking at convenience, price and access to the T subway system. Our needs were primarily to stay in a place where we could sleep comfortably. This hotel was within a 1/4 mile of the T system-probably the best way to get around in Boston and the surrounding area. It also gave us access to the Assembly Outlet Mall which has many nice restaurants, a nice marina and a few shops of interest. There is a KMart, Bed,Bath and Beyond and some other stores within walking distance too. The hotel has a funky green policy so if you want your linens changed daily, be sure to place the room card on your pillows or your linens will only be changed every 3 days. We had one day when the maid seemed to clean the room and supply fresh towels but left without making up the beds. But when I spoke to the desk staff they were helpful and it was no biggie. So for a fuss free stay without the downtown Boston costs, this is fine. After a day in the city sight seeing, we were happy to relax in a place and at restaurants that were less hectic and congested. The Assembly Row area is under construction so there is some dust etc. A Marriott Courtyard is expected to be built in the next year. This area will probably be a much more hopping place in the future. If you are new to the Boston experience, don't drive---its insane. Shuttle service and breakfast-not great.

Leave car and get an hourly shuttle to Logan. 5am is good.

Very accommodating staff. Complimentary breakfast wasn't the best. Would stay there again.

Hotel was situated very close to Boston so we were able to visit colleges and spend the weekend in the City without much hassle

Room was a smoking room despite requesting non smoking. Toilet seat was broken. Not good value for money. Chose it for proximity to the airport .

The hotel is situated right behind the new mega mall and right off the main hightway. The room was clean and big enough for two queen beds but there was an poor oder that we had to get used to. But for the oder eveything else was ok.

I was in Bostob for business and stayed at the Hotel. I felt the hotel was pretty pricey given its location. It wasn't a super comfortable stay.

We reserved a room for one Saturday night at this hotel. We usually stay at the Element in Lexington but it was booked for that weekend. La Quinta needs a major renovation as all the amenities are outdated, room smelled like an ashtray (mind you, we asked for non-smoking), bathroom tub needed a good scrub, bathroom towels smelled and looked like they were used, the free hot breakfast was a joke, front desk staff was OK.

This was a very friendly and convenient place to stay.

Was in town for a couple of Concerts and Sox game. Hotel was ok but nothing special.

room is clean, quite the staffs are friendly. The breakfast is ok.

Cost was reasonable for the location and amenities provided. There was free shuttle available, but times were a little inconvenient. Overall was a good experience. Would recommend this hotel if you are familiar with the area and do not mind driving outside of Boston.

Impossible to find at night and with the one way streets it was awful,

The hotel is very comfortable. They have a great breakfast and shuttles that will take you to the train station regularly.

I stayed here during a hockey tournament. Room was clean, stay was pleasant. Breakfast needed to be a bit more substantial.

I was invited at the last minute for a conference and couldn't get a room in the back bay. I didn't know quite what to expect, but what was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very quick to solve my trip from the airport when I missed the shuttle, and everyone was friendly throughout my stay. It turns out that a brand new shopping and dining area along the Mystic River, complete with a just-opened train station, is just a few minute walk away. This made what seemed to be a remote location a very excellent one.

I recently stayed in this location for an overnight trip and I was so pleased that it is located very close to Boston and the airport (appreciated the free shuttle to the airport). The best part is that you can walk right outside the property to several nice restaurants and brand new outlet stores. The room was clean and the hallway walking to my room smelled fresh. Front desk manager was the best with her directions and recommendations for food and shopping. Will definitely stay there next time I'm in Boston. So relieved to have a dependable location!

Had to book a room last minute so that my parents could make it down to Boston to celebrate my engagement. I was told the room was great and the bed was very comfortable -- would definitely book this hotel in the future.
