Holiday Inn has really improved their property in every way. Thumbs up!

Trip for work, quick Uber ride into Cambridge. Clean, modern rooms. Would stay again.

Located is Sommerville close to Legoland and Assembly Row Outlets as well as Harvard and Downtown Boston. The hotel offers free breakfast & dinner for kids. Keeping your eating costs low. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and was a hit with the kids! They have a indoor pool with longe and patio furniture. Also featured is a rocking climbing wall and indoor basketball area. I would go again.

This hotel is great for kids the pool area is awesome . They will want to spend there the entire trip

Overall the hotel was very good, and the location was good, but not the great. Really nice property, but not worth the price.

The hotel was in a great spot. Staff accommodated my daughter. Close to everything .

It is near to the Sullivan Sq subway station, but the roads leading to the hotel were complicated for driving.

Stayed for the weekend for Harvard Yale. Minutes away from the T. Room was clean and beds were comfortable and staff was really polite.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel employees were very helpful and friendly.

Upon arriving at the hotel were were two hours early for check in. However, Portia at the front desk helped check in early with no trouble which was a blessing after experiencing a 4 hour delay at the airport earlier on in the day. The amenities were great and my favorite part of the hotel was the indoor gymnasium with pool, basketball court, rock climbing wall, ping pong table , and more. The rooms were very clean and the beds were as comfortable as could be. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good location and friendly service....still comparatively expensive as are all Boston hotels. Convenient enough to get to the subway.

Very good experience. Staff great and attentive. Location a little out of way, but hotel had a shuttle bus that would transport for free within a 3 mile radius. Used it several times and it came within minutes of calling. I would highly recommend this hotel and would recommend to friends who wanted to stay on north end

Location is OK, 15min form downtown. I came for a weekend stay to visit some friends, the staff are great. The 1st room was facing the highway very noisy and there was a constant loud beeping sound coming from outside the window. They changed rooms for us but it was smaller, not an issue. They do have parking, they do not offer breakfast, just morning coffee.

...this website (and why can't I use their name?!). Overall was completely as expected, and under normal circumstances, everything I'm sure would have been fine So I can't blame Holiday Inn for the prices, I booked in Boston during Game 1 of the World Series (though I was there for work), but paying $300 this hotel... well, you know. My biggest "lesson learned" was that because the transaction was processed through this website, I was unable to to negotiate once I decided to change my two day stay to a one day. Granted this was last minute on my part and they explained that if I was a few days earlier they would have been able to work with me. However despite the fact that hotel could have easily resold the room, at higher price than I was paying, (did I mention it was the World Series, and Boston won Game 1? Game 2 was the following night) the manager couldn't work with me to arrange a refund. Ah well, lesson learned.

The hotel was less than .5mi from the Sullivan Station Orange line and that was important as the T was my sole source of transportation the entire time we were there. Bunker Hill Monument was only about a mile and we walked there, and from there we followed the Freedom Trail into Boston. It was perfect. The staff was friendly and really helpful. The hotel was quiet and the restaurant had pretty good food. We would definitely stay here again.

Need more people at the front desk. A line started to grow to check in as the one person working was away looking for a manager. Room was clean. People were friendly. Breakfast buffet was ordinary but passable. The best thing about the hotel for me was the two computers and printers in the lobby available for hotel guest use. I didn't have to drag along my laptop. The negative is the price. Just overpriced for what you get especially since check-in time is 4:00pm. A good part of the day is gone but you're paying for it.

I chose this hotel to be near my son in Medford, not expecting much from a Somerville location. It was surprisingly clean and modern with friendly staff, a nice pool and gym, It was a short walk to Sullivan Square to the subway, but not too many conveniently located restaurants in the area.

initially good but from there a downhill slope. first and last people I dealt with at reception were pleasant the rest could use a shot of personality and customer service skills. Keys kept getting deactivated. for a hotel that just got renovated there was a huge crack in the sink of the second room I was placed in because the air in the first one was broken. had to move myself since no assistance was offered. some kind of repairs were being done next door at 6AM. personally I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel and convenient to the hospital. Very Clean, updated hotel. Staff very friendly. Great little tavern up the street within walking distance

For the price of this hotel, I was a bit disappointed, although the place was perfectly fine. The toilet in our room ran, which was annoying. There was a dead bird on the ledge outside our window. The mirror on the main wall was hung crooked. But the staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby was well-kept. There's a bus right across the street that can take you to Cambridge/Harvard for $2. The Boston area is expensive for hotels in general; I just wish my money had gone a bit further.
