We loved the more remote location of Cambridge Beach Resort. It was close enough to take advantage of all Bermuda has to offer, but quiet and secluded enough to be relaxing and afford us enough alone time. The staff at Cambridge Beach was fantastic....so friendly and accommodating. We could not have been happier with our choice to stay at this resort and would definitely visit again!

Very nice hotel with rooms in separate casitas overlooking the water. It is on the far western end of the island. The room was large and very comfortable. The bus service was in walking distance and we used the buses extensively. Breakfast and lunch there were great but dinner was mostly overpriced and not so great. Nonetheless, there are multiple restaurants relatively close that are good. The water was beautiful but a little cold in late March for swimming. Our package included 2 rounds of golf at Port Royal and the course was challenging but well manicured. Would definitely return to the resort.

This hotel is beyond excellent and the amenities could not be nicer. Everything you could think of in a hotel/resort has been thought of.

We stayed for 4 nights. The resort is a nice place with great water access and lots of room to swim. It is in a secluded part of Bermuda so if you plan to experience nightlife you will be traveling to Hamilton and other locations on the island. The best time at the resort was an evening swim. Perfect water temperature and we avoided the blazing sun. Outside the resort we visited St. George's - Crystal Caves and Tom Moore's Jungle. The cave is cool but a very short tour. The Jungle s really neat: free and self guided. There are caves you can go in on your own. Our snorkeling trip was great. Make sure to take a morning tour to at least one wreck. They are interesting to look at and the fish swim right along with you. The downside to Bermuda is that it is very expensive. Almost no all-inclusive resorts so everything is extra. You will be paying more than you like for average food. If you can get past that then it is definitely worth a visit. We had a nice time and we would go again.

Great place to stay! Never felt the need to leave the resort grounds. The food and the staff were great! We would go back to this place!

We chose Cambridge Beaches in Bermuda for everything they advertise on their website. The staff went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. It was a fabulous experience for our long-awaited honeymoon! I would definitely recommend Cambridge Beaches to anyone looking for a quiet get away in Bermuda!

View was spectacular, beach awesome The rooms were a little dated Air conditioning did not work well, could have slept with patio door open but no screens. Meals good, expensive Breakfast included was great

Staff is excellent, also accommodations if you book deluxe ocean view and up. Amazed that staff remembered our names. We booked classic water view one year and was a long walk to main house. They changed us next day. Ants one year was a real problem.- bottle of wine and cake as apology. Location is good for Dockyard, complimentary shuttle. Would like a shuttle to town, about 20 minute walk. Spa excellent and restful. We booked meal plan with options to dine at two other hotels, but taxis could be expensive. Food is very good to excellent at hotel and at the beach. Main beach has pebbles for first few yards - then smooth. Sunsets are spectacular. A stress free vacation.

The hotel was on a beautiful spot with a clean private beach and extremely accommodating staff. The biggest disappointment was the distance from everything which made for expensive taxi rides. The hotel has a shuttle that goes to the dock every hour but stops working at 3:15. One night, my husband and I got stuck without any taxis at the dockyard for close to an hour. It was beautiful but I think if we went again we would stay closer to everything or get a hotel with a shuttle that works later.

Beaches were amazing and are the best thing about this resort. The staff was also exceptional. The negatives are the fees associated with some of the amenities (H2O rentals and bike rentals crazy high) and the location. If you're happy with staying at the resort, not a problem. If not, minimum cab ride fare we paid was $25. $65 to get to airport. Restaurants are also overpriced. Then again, all of Bermuda is overpriced. But still, a beautiful island and a beautiful resort.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, enjoyed the beautiful beaches and good food, the service was not that great, staff at the bar, taxis, some waitresses were a little rude and had a unwelcoming attitude. The food and things at the very small shop were overpriced but in general Bermuda is expensive. If u need a taxi for dinner in town you better make reservations at least 8 h in advance or you will not find a taxi to take you even though you see 4 empty taxis parked at the hotel. Also you can rent a scooter for a day at the hotel but be prepared to pay more than what they advertise for! They charge $30 more for insurance, so roughly would be $100 a day.

We just got back from a fantastic stay at this resort and could not have been happier. The only negative is that it is located on the very far end of the island, so to go anywhere you have to travel a little. You CANNOT beat the beach and eager staff that waits on you as you sunbathe. We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was spectacular. Large bedroom, large bathroom, large closet and patio with spectaculars views of the water. The breakfast is delicious and tea time is delightful as well. Take EXTRA CAUTION when renting motor scooters. There are many blind curves on the property and winding roads. (My husband and I have the road rash souvenir to prove it!) All in all, a fantastic place to stay. I'd go back in a heartbeat!!

From the moment you arrive you are treated as a valued guest. The staff know your name and are so obviously proud of their island and hotel. They are polite, well spoken and unhurried. Always willing to do whatever you need, bring you what you want, or take you where you want to go. And they do so graciously. The place consists of cottages and buildings scattered about a peninsula, "woven" into the lushly landscaped property. Three beaches and two pools, one indoors, complete a perfect setting for a fully relaxing visit. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. We plan to return and love the feeling of being cared for so attentively by so many. When you visit you will feel that as a special type of luxury, just as we did, and you will want more and more of it.

We had a fabulous week at Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa. The staff were outstanding and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The only weak spot was housekeeping--they need to be more attentive to cleaning the rooms and re-stocking the toiletries.

It is fabulous. This is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced.

It was off season in Jamaica but our stay at Cambridge Beaches Resort was relaxing, fun and pleasant in every way. The weather was not perfect but the pool, the mini golf, table tennis, lounges and bars made the trip thoroughly enjoyable. The staff was firendly and helpful. The meals good, though dinner was a bit on the expensive side. The resort was pleasantly secluded with their own beach and yet only a ten minute walk from a few local shops and restaurants. A great place to go for adults looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

We went away for a long weekend to celebrate our 25th anniversary. From the time we arrived until the time we sadly got in our cab to depart for the airport, the staff and service were amazing! The concierge and front office staff were so very helpful; the servers in the restaurants were genuinely knowledgeable and sweet. The balcony of our room overlooked the blue/green water and breathtaking skyline. Although CB was about a 45 minute drive from the airport, the bus and ferry service were easily managed. Cambridge Beaches not only met, but exceeded our expectations! We will return.

This resort is perfect if you really want to get away. It's a 45 minute ride from the airport but since the resort is so small, the beach is rather open, comfortable & quiet. It was perfect to get away & relax. The rooms/units themselves are gorgeous with gorgeous ocean views. Dinning was a bit restraint. There are three places to eat at the resort. However, during our time there only one was available for dinner. That didn't sit so well. I read previous reviews about the staff. How accommodating they are. This is true to a degree. The staff was very friendly & always willing to get you something. The only problem was, it took them 20 minutes to do anything; make you a drink, refill your water glass etc. Hard to grade the staff because they really were so nice but it took them forever to do anything. I gave this resort its highest marks for its overall value. The place was expensive but the views from everywhere upon the resort was absolutely worth it. I'd go back. Not right away, but I would return to Cambridge Beaches again.

We just returned from Cambridge Beaches - we had a great time! The resort is beautiful and the staff was fantastic. Although on the pricey side it's worth the money!
