I was underwhelmed by this hotel. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating, however a few aspects really disappointed me. First of all, the WiFi was essentially nonexistent. The hotel WiFi did not work at all. Another guest inquired about it in front of me and was basically told "sorry, it doesn't work very often and there isn't anything we can do about it". There was an unsecured network available from the lobby. Secondly, there was extremely limited parking (fortunately there was a pay and display lot right next to hotel). Third, the hotel was lacking in some basic amenities such as hairdryers. However, as stated, staff was very accommodating, food was great, and location was excellent. The fitness center was one of the nicest I've seen in a hotel.
