Room was clean, staff is very friendly. It is a cheap option, so expectations should match the price you are paying. Kitchen is available, but you'd need to ask for kitchen supplies at the front. It is kind of isolated, however, driving will get you to restaurants and transportation in 5 min. Walking is hardly an option.
Roaches, rude staff, hallways smell like urine and animal feces, drug and prostitution infested area, no room available upon check in, after booking online, waited until I went to check in to tell me, after all other rooms in the area were sold out..I had to wait outside 12 hours, just to get a dirty room at full price after midnight, when the person they bumped my reservation for checked out. Maybe they would have rooms if they weren't full of the staffs family members.
I didn't like seeing roaches in my room. They double booked, so they bumped my reservation for someone paying higher regular weekend rate, then gave me the same room after midnight,when that person left for the night (apparently they only needed to prepare for an event, not the whole night..or maybe they left because of the roaches) without cleaning it, charging me for a full day. So they got paid twice for one room. Most of the front desk staff is very rude! The hallways smell like animal urine and feces. People always yelling screaming fighting around the corridor.
