Our room had a weird musty smell to it. Also even tho check out wasn't until noon, we were bothered by hotel staff three different times asking when we would check out.

I have never stayed in a Sheraton, but your hotel was closest to where I had a meeting. I am very pleased and will consider Sheraton again someday.

Our stay was nice, however the walls are thin because we could hear our neighbors, and the carpets had stains all over them.

Very good, overall. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Had an iron in the room, but no ironing board. Called reception and asked for an ironing board and some cream for coffee. Said yes, and NEVER sent. The bath tub knob is broken so that cannot get hot water. Had a cold shower. The bathroom door sticks, and once closed, it was extremely difficult to open from inside the bathroom.

Nicest hotel around for the money , friendly staff decent size room !

My experience lays in the worm memory of this stay. Location of this hotel is essential as it near to many roads that connects many derections.

It was ok. They cleaned the room everyday. Carpet was very bad.

Well its simple. Normally the Hotel rents for over 100.00 per night but when I found it on a deal for 76.00 per night I had thought how bad could it be ???? and I even upgraded to the concierge level. As soon as you pull in you can see that the hotel needs repair. The curbing is all broken, and the entrance is lacking any appeal, The lobby is cold and sparsely decorated. Check in was fine and friendly. The room was ok but nothing special at all. The TV had issues and had to call a few times to have the issue fixed but it did get resolved. The concierge level was a waste of money in my opinion unless you get up everyday at 7Am and go to bed by 8Pm. The concierge was set up in a conference room with no life at all. Every time I visited there was nothing there but a small refrigerator with some water and sodas. They did have coffee and hot water but both were luke warm at best. I think this is a good hotel if you are just looking for a place to sleep with NO benefits and are attending a conference. To call this hotel a Sheraton hotel I feel that it hurts there name.

No complaints at all. The stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

My visit was for a family weekend relaxation trip. The stay was comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and in a quiet area but near a major highway(95 and the parkway)I enjoyed the location is was near a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and Shoprite was around the corner. The toilet did not flush properly and the room was small but the pool and sauna was perfect for me and my family. The staff was pleasant and my reservation was done correctly. I would go back. Thanks

Smooth, easy check in.. Nice hotel.. The room I had was nice however it had a full size bed which is too small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably....

It was really a great stay and me and my fiancé really enjoyed the hotel and loved everything about that.

it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. friendly staff and lots to do. only issues was the onsite Starbucks is closed on the weekends which doesn't make sense to me

We stayed there on New Year Eve to avoid late night driving. The facilities and staffs were great but unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water system and no hot water was availability in the morning of New Year Day. The management and staffs were very kind and offered us free breakfast before we checked out. Overall, the stay was fine except that unfortunately incident.

Great place, all services but everything expensive, charge for Internet, breakfast expensive and not a very good service, Green option doesn´t even make your bed

The warm staff makes you feel welcome and at home.

All around nice Hotel for the business traveler. Clean, very comfortable beds, good work out room and nice decor.

The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfy, the food was fair and there is a Starbucks. What more could we need for an overnight stay? I was happy.

My stay was only overnight after a long drive. The staff member that checked me in was very pleasant and the room was quite comfortable. I got a very restful nights sleep before the last leg of my trip.
