Paid extra for a room with a jet tub....the jets did not work. The area surrounding the hotel is a bunch of warehouses and broken roads. I believe there was some kind of construction happening early saturday morning. There is one vending machine in the entire 6 story hotel and its in the lobby and only takes cash. Never Again
This hotel room is a disaster. Stains on the sheets. Very unclean. Could not find any place to get waters. The lobby store only sold alcohol. Restaurant next-door was terrible. Food was overdone and expensive. For what we got. We stayed at the Hampton Inn last time for less money and had a much better experience. I give this place a zero. Stay away.
They didn’t have our room, overbooked instead had to split the family into two rooms, separate floor. No wash cloths, needed towel front desk didn’t have and housekeeping didn’t come in until 8:00. Real noisy, party going on past midnight. When we first got there it looked shady, 3-4 people getting high at front door. Smelled like smoking was allowed inside. Maybe it’s 420 friendly, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Breakfast staff was excellent!
Stayed here after a late night arrival at EWR. Shuttle arrived promptly (unlike what is said in other reviews). Reception was fine. Room smelled of strongly of smoke. Smoke detectors in room had been covered with plastic, presumably to avoid setting off alarm. Water leaked onto bedroom floor from someplace. Just really not nice. I would not advise staying here.
I like the proximity to the airport. I didn't particularly like the early closing of the kitchen and bar.
It was just ok. Nothing fancy. We only stayed 1 night due to weird flights. The shuttle service was terrible. Almost an hour wait at the airport and then to return to the airport the next day we waited awhile at the hotel. Nothing but parking lots around the hotel. Nowhere to walk for food so you are stuck with the hotel restaurant that was underwhelming.
Clean nice place! Several came in around 11pm from the airport and the first guests received keys right away. The receptionist had an issue with one guest and the rest of us waited 30 minutes for our room. Poor management!!
Hotel was clean. Shuttle bus was on time. Perfect for the price for the night.
