staff member rude at check-in. yelled at from across the parking lot to take some trash around back to dumpster rather than seeing what could be done to help. very unattractive room. slug and other bug in the shower, flies in room. would NOT return
very satisfied with the room sizes we had four adults and three children in our party and nobody was underfoot. the staff was very helpful very pleased with the ease of getting to ocean city. was looking forward to returning next year until the price is more than doubling for the same room. no housekeeping but doubling the cost only complaint dolores c

The pool is good and they have free breakfast but the hotel overall needs more love from the owner. The property has great potential but looks unattended. My bike was stolen from right outside my room door. The chain was cut and I came home with bedbugs in my luggage. The cleaning crew smokes inside the rooms as they're cleaning, so the room smells like cigarette smoke all the time. Overall for me, not a positive experience.
The Room was small,Hardley could move around in bathroom, it had a very little rusty smell i sprayed room down twice a day,Room was not in great condition,No maid service to make up room and change towels etc,and found a Roach right at the table stand at the TV i was suppose to check out Sat Sept 19 ended up checking out a day earlier due to these conditions i did not feel so great after the 2nd night i would not recommend of staying here again.

Good location - only 3 miles from Ocean City. Host was courteous and respectful. No maid service. We were able to get additional bath towels by asking. Room looked liked it had suffered multiple repairs ( buckled floor, sagging ceiling) at the hands of someone not to skilled in the construction trade. Continental breakfast consisted of white bread and corn flakes. ( How hard and inexpensive would it be to improve this?)

Our room was not throughly clean. The previous persons shampoo packet was left in the shower. There was broken glass all over the bathroom floor from a broken shelf. Our refrigerator broke half way through our stay and all of our food and drinks went bad. They told me payment wasn’t due until we arrived on the property so I saved cash for our stay. A week before our stay I was charged without notice. It was just a bad experience all around.
this is an older motel and needs some serious room makeovers. staff was pleasant but the rooms are very outdated.

This is definitely a budget motel. Overall, for the price, it was a good value. The front desk staff was very nice and the room was clean, the free WiFi was strong and the area safe. This motel is close to Ocean City, Atlantic City and is right across the street from a nice restaurant and a WaWa. A few drawbacks, for example the tv used DirectTV and the station selection was limited and the bathroom door didn't shut all the way, but overall for the location and the price, you can't go wrong. Just remember that it is a budget motel, not the Four Seasons.
This place is as much of a "dive" as it gets. We needed to stay overnight in the area and everything else was booked; we had no other option. I cannot understand how they charge what they do to stay at this place.
The check in area is terrible; when we go to the room is smell awful and our clothes and everything we brought with us took time to get rid off. Hot water took time to get.
