Wasn’t use to not meeting a person face to face at check-in, but the property in itself was very pleasing. Close to all the shops.
Basic room, coffee maker and hot water pot were not working, no room service, unable to get fresh towels. Attempted to call office 4x only received a busy signal. Great location but I would look elsewhere in the future.

Great central location. Lots of smokers were there during our stay and we had to walk thru them to get to our room The heat did not work and our room was very cold at night.
We enjoyed the central location of the hotel in Solvang. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean and designed with Scandinavian simplicity, which we liked. The included breakfast at the Cafe across the street was simple but ok, coffee was very good. Staff was very friendly.
Room was sufficient for the price—cleaning staff and management were great.
It's centralized so you can walk everywhere.. The theater is across the alley and several pastry ships and restaurants within a block.. Also got complimentary pastries voucher.. Gotta love it..
