Inside, the top floor flat has a cosy interior. The living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, attractive reading lamp, dining table with chairs, a leather sofa and a wicker armchair, complemented by modern entertainment such as cable TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, stereo system, free Wi-Fi access and telephone. The adjoining kitchenette has an induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, egg cooker, oven and fridge, including all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The shower room is modernly equipped with washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels can be changed free of charge on request.

Outside, a private terrace with beach chair and small garden shed invites you to relax, surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with shrubs and a frieze wall, on which magnificent roses bloom until November.
