It's all new! Completely remodeled rooms. Everything is new. Except the door knob on the bathroom, that was weird.

Desk attendant was difficult to understand and looked like he had just woken up, and that was at both 4:00pm and 6:00am. Room was unprepared, such as TV non-responsive and no coffee pot or coffee in room.
The place was out dated. The furniture looked like a dog chewed on it. The person behind the front desk was barefoot and was wearing a tee shirt and pajama bottoms. Breakfast was at 6'00 am. We got there at 6:10 and there he was barefoot and wearing the same shirt and pajama bottoms. He was just starting to make coffee and nothing else was ready. Don't stay here!
The hotel's outside and furniture has not been updated in a long while. The bed was surprisingly comfortable the bathroom floor was worn as was the tub and shower head. The room is small and the heater A/C unit noisy. The staff person at the reception was avery accommodating and friendly.
Rooms a bit worn but not bad for the money. Worth staying if on a budget.
A nice quiet place. Staff were polite and helpful.

The pool wasn't open, but that was to be expected due to the season. Breakfast wasn't great, but we were planning on a local place anyway. Theroom was very clean and everything we expected for the price was exceeded.
