We stay at this property every time we come to Burlington, VT. It’s a quiet, clean hotel very close to the downtown area. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if your looking for a basic hotel that’s affordable.

The wifi wouldn’t work. Called their tech support but they didn’t do much to resolve it. The plug sockets in the room were very loose so could not connect phone charger to charge so used a USB port in a lamp to charge the phone. Due to the loose plug socket could not charge my laptop.
The AC broke, the screen porch had broken screen we had no air. Stacey the GM was extremely rude
We needed a base for a long weekend visit from out of town, and this location was perfect. We enjoyed going to downtown Burlington (restaurants, shopping, the Comedy Club) and did half a day snow tubing trip to Sharp Park and half a day trip to Stowe. I'd definitely stay here again.
Location is great, need clean or upgrade in the common area. Room is spacious and clean.
The shower head was broken. The shower tub was coming out of the concrete. It was bad.
Stayed here for 1 night due to its close proximity to the airport. Comfortable beds and decent breakfast.
They gave us a room upgrade but the second bed was a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE pull out sofa bed. i would only stay again if I had two beds.
