I was very happy with the hotel and my stay. The price was very reasonable and the hotel is centrally located to all city sights. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The desk staff were helpful and attentive to my requests and those of other guests.
This is property is close to all the sites in Llubjana. It is a lovely hotel, highly recommended.
On the 6th, I went in the bar to get a drink and there was no customers. 5 staff members were standing around talking while I waited minutes for service. Ended up leaving. Floor was not vacuumed even though there was carpet fluff coming up. Coffee was not refilled after the first day. On checkout, front desk agent tried to charge me for a night that was paid through Orbitz.

Great location, great staff, comfortable room, parking was really easy (valet in front of the hotel) however costs 20 euro daily. Would definitely re on mend this property
