Check in experience pleasant, hallways and common areas tidy. Room needed serious paint job. We wiped off grimy surfaces with our own disinfectant wipes, lots of visible fingerprints and dust. One bed was not placed right on frame and tipped completely sideways while sitting on it. Bed sheets and bathroom were very clean. Overall, a bit underwhelmed for the cost, but okay for a one night crash on the road.
Customer service was the best!! They treat us very kindly!

We have stayed at the this hotel -- a convenient half-way point on a long drive we make regularly with dogs -- several times, but this will be the last, since it has really gone downhill. One of the appeals was a back door opening into a large field for the dogs, but the door was broken shut, so we had to take the dogs the length of the motel, out through the main lobby/breakfast area, then the length of the parking lot to reach the field. The hallway carpets were filthy. The door to our room only latched if you slammed it. The door to the bathroom would not close completely. And the room smelled bad, even for a smoking room. The bedside lights didn't work. One of the outlets was dead. I thought I knocked my phone behind the beside table, and when I pulled it out my phone was not under there, but lots of other stuff was, and it had obviously been there a long time. So, very disappointing. We will have to find another place to break up our long drive.

Went through 5 door cards because they wouldn't work. Hot water in shower wouldn't work so they gave me a screw driver to fix myself it so that I could take a shower.
We stay in Luverne to break up a long drive, and it is perfectly situated on our route. This is a basic, no-frills place to stay -- right off the interstate, with a nice restaurant attached, and lots of green space to walk the dogs.
Comfortable and clean, but nothing to write home about. It's good for an overnight stay.. Staff were nice, It seems a little expensive for the size of the room.
I arrived around 2 am, to stop and sleep from driving. Though I already paid, the man at front desk charged me twice. He also kept messing up various other things. It took a half hour to get my room, and I was the only customer.
Clean motel, friendly staff. Very small breakfast area is in the "lobby" which made it a little difficult to go in/out in the morning. Wouldn't want to stay for multiple nights but was fine for one night.
Our experierence was very poitive. The place was quiet and clean with polite staff.
Friendly staff... Check in was delayed because of other people checked out late... :(. Our room was musty smelling. Could of been a little cleaner..
Good location to access Blue Mounds State Park. Decent local restaurants. I'd stay there again.
