We stayed here for one night and I’m glad that was it. The room was clean, but the paint is peeling and the bathroom had cracks in the walls and doors. We had called ahead and requested a crib be in our room for our infant as we were getting in around his bedtime. We were assured this would be no problem. When we arrived however there was no crib and we were informed they were out as they were “first come first serve” after speaking with the manager a crib was eventually found, which was one small plus. I was informed on check in (at 7pm) that breakfast was from 6-10am so we headed down to eat at 9:30 that breakfast hours had changed to 5-9. We figured we could grab some cold cereal that was still out, but in the process of getting our infant situated someone came out and took the cereal away even though they clearly saw us . Overall I was quite disappointed with this hotel and would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. There are much better hotels out there for this price.

Good location just of of the interstate and close to places to eat! Good free breakfast.

I had to wait because the front desk person was trying to get a drunk family member off the stairs. After I was checked in I had to go to the far end stairs because of the drunk person. My first room was very musty smelling. I was out and about and came back and saw bugs on the sheets. This was after I had to kick the door to be able to get into the room. The front desk person did transfer me to a new room. I went in and initial inspection seemed okay. After I transferred my stuff, I picked up a pillow and it was very stained. Clean or not, I was not going to put my head on it. I walked into the bathroom and it smelled of urine. I looked in the tub and there was man hair all over the place. I brought the front desk worker in and she said she wouldn't stay in that room either. Take the fact that earlier room experiences, plus one of the outside doors not working, plus people having screens off the windows smoking in non-smoking labeled rooms, it was ridiculous. I have stayed plenty of times before and it was satisfactory. I asked for remuneration and packed up and left. I will never stay in this hotel again and cannot in good conscience recommend it. Very disappointed.

Was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but I found the hotel well worth the price. Very close to several restaurants and stores. Room was very clean, although the hallway was a little musty smelling.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the ramada room was. After reading the reviews on-line I was a little hesitant about booking. Everything in the room was perfect.

This was a last minute need, and the hotel staff was very helpful and nice. The night clerk was able to find us a place that delivered late as we got in at almost midnight and even gave us a $2 off coupon. She even said I could use the hot tub after hours as I have a medical condition that causes me to be stiff especially after a 6 plus hour drive.

Excellent location for the purpose of the trip. Staff was friendly. The hotel was very quiet, so had a peaceful night sleep.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. The room was not very clean, and there were several maintenance issues. The Internet service fluctuated on and off, mostly off.

Okay hotel for the price. Not very many choices for breakfast. Could have had more fruit.

The hotel was good. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The price was within our budget and getting the 4th night free was a bonus.

Then agent that did my check in needs training on customer service. The bathroom seems to have a water leak damage.

Hotell was ready for check in and went smooth. Stay was pleasant.

Booked last minute because we just couldn't drive any longer. Wanted a clean, comfy bed to get a quick night's rest. Check in was fine, the girl was nice enough. The carpeting had stains from who knows when, the pull out couch was ripped on the front of one of the cushions and had dark stains on it, the bathroom was old and in my view could use a major upgrade and/or bleaching because you just felt icky going into it. The toilet seems to sit at an angle and the fan, while I am sure does the job, sounds like a cargo plane beginning its takeoff...super inconvenient while others are sleeping and you have to use it in the middle of the night. Went down for ice and apparently the one machine in the building was broken (aka, out of ice altogether). Asked the front desk gal if they planned on getting more and she said no but you can walk to the gas station for some. I have never been to a hotel that would tell its guests to go do something that the hotel should go out of its way to do for guests. So no ice with evening night cap. OK. No big deal. The room also stunk beyond belief like smoke, as did the entire 2nd floor. Might not be a big deal to some people but when specifically requesting a non-smoking room only to have other guest smoking in the rooms right next to you and hallways, it is not ok for all that smoke to come in to a smoke-free room. Gross. Actually, super gross. Disgusting. Had I had my wits about me and not been overly tired from a day of travel after my grandmother's funeral I might have made a bigger deal about it then. But I had my mother and father with me and for their sake only let my father call and complain to the front desk that night. I found this Ramada to be the most disappointing I have ever stayed in. Ramada is doing themselves a disservice putting their names on this particular hotel.

normal for a business trip. worked well with what I had to do.

Great for kids to jump into the pool and spa and have some fun.

It was nice to get all 5 of us in a room. Nice to have a frig and microwave available. The kids enjoyed the pool.

AC anemic, room muggy and over 80 on coldest settings. Hair dryer missing, iron missing, towel rack half out of wall. Manager didn't even apologize when informed.

Price was on the mark. Pool was small and freezing cold. Breakfast room was small which means crowded, not a lot of even easy selections for a free breakfast. Out of most everything including food and plates/bowls/cups. "Business center" was small and old and the printer gave out poor copies with little to nothing of what you printed on it, black streaks. Just really a dump in need of a renovation.

the staff was nice helpfull . overall its an ok hotel .

OK eat at the sneaky chicken next door apples were good orange juice good bisquits and sausage gravy yummy
