Ramada Sioux Falls Airport Hotel and Suites

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Like the noon checkout. Wish the pool would have opened earlier on Sunday.

This is my second stay at the Ramada in two years. I grew up in Sioux Falls so I know the city, and being close to both the airport and the downtown area is a great feature. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The room was not what I had anticipated for the cost. The pool area was nice and the kids had fun, but ate at the restaurant for dinner and left the weekend with food poisoning. So yeah, not great.

Hotel was close to airport and easy access to catch a very early flight.

My children and I have visited this hotel six times now. We love this hotel! Always clean, smells great, wonderful staff, and great food! The pools are amazing! Different pools for all needs. We recommend to everyone!

Hotel was great! The pool was the best part!! We didn't eat at the restaurant but the bar was fun!

We took a small weekend away from home. I think the cost of the hotel was a bit spendy but we had a great time. The only thing I would like to see changed would be the attitudes of the staff was lacking they didn't seem to enjoy their job and the manager didn't seem to notice even when there was obviously something going on with an employee.

room was clean, water park was busy but the kids did not mind, weekend brunch in restaurant was above average not to bad of price GREAT morning coffee, will do this again

Great time at the waterpark with young children. We were there during the week so it wasnt crowded at all. Food was great at castaway. The service was excellent. The hotel rooms area could use some updates but it was clean and comfortable.

Great pool area. Fabulous waitress who worked to meet everyone's needs while smiling away!

The weather was bad but when I got picked up at the air port to when I checked out it was great. I would stay there again. The only thing I would have changed is if the hot tub was hottier.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a blast. The pool and slides were great fun for all of us. Everyone was South Dakota-Super Nice and the restaurants and bars had specials every day. What more could we ask for?

The restaurant food was good; pizza was ordinary and the mac and cheese was out of this world. The staff was friendly and attentive. The table top was soiled and should have been wiped prior to seating. The staff did wipe the table however; the food was already set on the table so difficult. The dining chairs were sunken and over used. Just needs a good overhaul. The sleeping rooms were old, the linens were clean although there were no wash clothes in our room. The pillows were flat and matted & the mattress was hard. and the bed was uncomfortable. The swim park was fine. Nice size pool, the hot tubs were a good temp and had great jets. In spite of the signs, the tubs were full of unsupervised kids. I booked the room via an online travel company and the site reflected a cost of $89; after selecting the room I was charged $130 for the 2 dbl room/ & 4 swim bracelets. I thought getting 4 swim park bracelets was the reason for such a large charge. I later learned that was not the case. Upon arrival, I was told all guest received swim park bracelets at no charge. I felt very taken advantage of.

I gave my two children and their families a night stay at the Ramada Inn and Suites for a Christmas gift. We arrived Saturday afternoon and were helped immediately by one of the staff who did her best to get us 3 rooms close to each other. We went to our rooms to change into our swim suites and went to the pool. It was very busy but there was plenty of places to enjoy ourselves. The pools were warm with plenty of security watching for trouble. After swimming we ate at the Castaway and were served a very good meal. After eating we played some games in our room finding the room clean. After games we all went to our own rooms I was very pleased with the bed, the quiet and had a good sleep. The time was very pleasing.

We spent the weekend up in Sioux Falls and picked this hotel for the waterpark. It was a nice pool and had a lot for all ages. It was perfect friday night and sat afternoon but sat night the water was freezing. or at least too cold for my 3 year old. his lips were blue from the temp. The room was a little loud but we were expecting that with the waterpark and all the families and kids staying. It was a fantastic trip!

My room was very quiet. I like that. Wake-up call was right on. Bet comfort was the best of 3 nites on the road. Turned rental car in nite before flight home and have never had better shuttle service. Just wanted to sleep and that's what I did. Wish to stay again (with grandgirls) so they can swim and use the water slide. Thank you, Jerry

Just your average hotel, nothing special about it. Pool was large but crowded due to a few large birthday paties. Clorine smell was real bad, eyes burned just walking around the place

The hotel has a water park (complete with pirate slide!), which means that all the common areas are humid and smell of chlorine. Luckily, I had a room-- away from the pool -- that had windows to the outside, so the room itself was fine.

This was a delghtful surprise....the first floor room near the pool, restaurant, front desk and exits was so appreciated....the room and accommodations were fabulous for the price! This was one of the best bookings we have ever had!

Enjoyed our stay, the waterpark was a hit for the kids. Even dad liked the waterslide. No lifeguards, sometimes the kids go one right Restraunts were about 10 min, unless you wanted the hotel restraunt. Overall, I would stay here again. Worth the price.
