Older motel bed was comfortable cleanliness on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being the best 1 being the worst about 4.

HAD BEDBUGS, HAD TO SLEEP IN CAR, DDNT WANT TO REFUND $$. TOOK $$ OUT ACCT. 4 TIMES

This looks like it used to be a nice place, but no maintenance seems to have been done on it in a LOOOONG time. Lots of things didn't work, in poor condition, etc.

The exterior is old and dirty. The inside of the room had some falling ceiling tiles. The shower head didn't work, the a/c or heater did not work. But it was not so bad that you couldn't enjoy a comfortable stay, for what you paid. Not a roach motel. Not the hilton.

It was not easy to find, it was dirty, unsecure and not with my money. My girls and I did not feel safe there at all.

The motel is rundown. There was trash everywhere. The warm breakfast was barely warm and tasteless.

there was a door that was proped open constantly cause it was broken lol. not a great place but cheap and close to the partk.

THE STAFF WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL. INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB GREAT WAY TO STRETCH AND RELAX IN THE EVE. CLOSE TO CASINO AND BEAUTIFUL LANDWMARKS. THANKS TO YOU I HAD A SAFE GOODS TRIP . MY VISIT WAS DURING THE CHANGE OF SEASONS AND COLORS WERE FANTASTIC!!

The carpeting in the room was sticky. The towels were thin and stained. The pool had a Black Spider that was alive and floating in the water, when we alerted staff they were very indifferent. Will never stay there again.

I do realize that we get what we pay for. My satisfaction or lack thereof is based on my expectations & thus I can't blame others. However, as a person with disability, & having requested the room accordingly, the toilet paper holder was out of reach; The bed sheet was not free of stains (maps of some countries!). Our confirmed reservation showed King Size Bed, but we had a Double Bed. When we called, the room with the King Size Bed was on the upper floor, but there was no elevator. When I pay for Rodeway, I shouldn't expect Marriott or Hilton.

We just needed the room for a night while we were out in Iowa, so we figured that we can just get a place for an affordable rate and it was rated average ... but the next time around, I'd rather pay an extra $35-$50 to stay in a room that would be considered comfortable! Smelled horrible & looked dingy. The hotel is like a maze, if God forbid you need to make a quick exit ... you may run around the halls to get right back to your room, instead of the main doors. But I guess it was nice of the hotel to give us a map to get to our room...

This place wasn't anything special. Looked and smelled old. Beds weren't that comfortable and the whole room just felt grimy. The lady at the front was nice though.

Room was uncomfortably warm, we told staff but there wasn't anything they could do. Phone didn't work. Noisy. Bugs crawling everywhere. Breakfast was ok. I heard other guests talking about bedbugs.

The place was a little difficult to find even knowing the exit ramp to take. Everything about the motel was about average and it is an older property that is worn. The morning breakfast was good. I may stay there again if I find myself staying in Sioux City, IA.

This hotel is very hard to get around. Inside rooms and out side rooms. Different buildings. The pool outside is closed for the summer has a leak and can't get it fix. (Supposably) We only stay as a layover from a long road trip. So it was disappointing to have to look for your room then to get one and the air conditioner doesn't work so we had to move rooms. We had to stay in a smoking room (Supposably) all the non smoking rooms were taken.Which didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator. It is an old hotel.

Staff were helpfull and curtious. Room was clean and came with a couch, table, fridge, microwave, safe, coffee machine, iron and hair dryer.

it was just fine for our purpose, we needed a cheap place to stay with a pool and easy to find...this worked out great. We found out when we got there though, had we just called ahead we could have gotten an additional $10 off the room instead of going through the internet.

It did the trick. Had an indoor and outdoor pool. Not where I usually stay but would stay again if my choices were limited. I switched from a smoking to a non-smoking room. The smoking room had an up to date TV but wasn't that clean (found a cigarette on the floor) The non smoking room was cleaner but the TV didn't have any hookups for the XBox that we brought so the kids could play games and watch movies. So ask about that...

Great value and location! Amenities were super Will stay again

Hotel was at a great location off Interstate with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean but not spotless and needed alot of updating, just not a very welcoming enviornment that felt like home.
