I visited this hotel in October for my family trip and stayed for two days. The rooms and ambience with the pool is extremely good. Their rooms are spacious with two balconies. Their let down is service. They had very limited choice of breakfast. The service staff at restaurant needs to know how to behave with customers. They show their attitude when asked for some extra spoons or breakfast. The breads had white threads and had fungus on it. It was very hard to bite. When I checked with the staff about this he replied this is how we give and if you want you can take it. Idly and sambar was decent to have for breakfast. But when you ask or order for extra they take minimum 30 minutes to serve. When asked for a water bottle they say give the money right now then you'll get. The night security and staff are very lethargic and had a very casual attitude. Their sleep was more important at 1am at night instead of a bottle water. For a cadre of this category, the hotel is loosing it's reputation because of the behaviour of staff. Overall the experience was very average and the hotel requires lots of improvement especially with their staff..
complete trap hotel. Rooms do not have cupboards. I booked a luxury room & they provided me a dirty delux room. Devanand (GM) & Gauri are completely inefficient in carrying out their duties. If you ask for water they ask for money that is the sort of hotel policy they have. If you ask for second round of toast they will make you wait deliberately. Their waiter is a complete waste supported by extremely poor quality breakfast. they even send you email to book directly bypasssing OTA, what else do I say, completely awful experience. Owner Ryan needs to take corrective action before it is too late
This property reminds me of Cabana in Portugal where it had spacious balconies around the bedroom. The surrounding is full of greenery. The property is well kept. All the major attractions are easily accessible by reasonably priced taxies. The hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of beaches like Baga, Calangute and Candolim etc. The in house breakfast is reasonably good to the Indian taste. The hotel has been recently opened and requires basic requirements like shower curtain in bathroom and an essential mirror in the the bedroom and a couple of chairs and table in the bedroom. Reasonably priced eateries are at a walkable distance. Gauri , Vishal and Dev Anand were very helpful during our stay. I wish the establishment Good Luck.
Anlässliche meine Geburtstagsfeier hab ich in diesen Hotel zwei Wochen verbracht . Das Hotel ist neu und sehr sauber . Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon . Der Manager und seine Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut . Ich kann jeden das Hotel empfehlen.
