Great stay at Hilton Royal Palm. Stayed twice in the last month and both times were excellent. Rooms were lovely with everything you need. Good menus at the beach bar and restaurant and room service was prompt and delicious. Highly recommend.

Great location for convenience. Nicely updated property. Friendly staff at front desk. Bar staff could have been more friendly with ability to connect. Did not look like they enjoyed the job. They looked annoyed during happy hour. Rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely updated. Did not like the noise from club which was main reason we would check out other resorts for next visit.
I always go to sxm this is the first time staying here and will be my go to from now on
I liked everything about the hotel
The staff was amazing from pulling in from the airport to leaving to go back home(that was a sad day) Everything was extremely clean and maintained! The view was even better! The food was excellent! In close walking distance to a variety of different venues… perfect location!

Property was newly renovated and Diamonds did a great job with the renovation. Location on beautiful bay near airport. Staff at front desk were wonderful. Could use more channels on TV and elevators were slow with only one out of two working.
Ms Jessica and the front desk staff were all so amazing. Talk about customer service, they were top class at it. I am already looking into future stays at your hotel because of their wonderful service and care. Please cherish those ladies...they are truly gems who go above and beyond for the guest. Thank you for making my short stay wonderful from begining to end.
All staff was very friendly
Property was over all nice went for my husband’s birthday asked for them to do something for him and my friend whose anniversary it was they told me ok in an email and face to face and nothing! We paid for a whole extra day and they wouldn’t even give us an extra hour for a late checkout! The manager on property Monique was awful no help at all!

This hotel definitely deserves more than 3.5 stars. I’d give it maybe 4-4.5 stars. Very clean, and big rooms. I had a 2 bedroom ocean view. In close proximity to nightlife, food establishments with quality food. The only downfall is the early 10am checkout, you have to request for an additional hour or two at the cost of $25 per hour. Outside of the checkout policy I enjoyed my stay and will highly suggest this hotel for singles or families.
I was thoroughly impressed. As an advid traveler over 40 countries 2nd time in St Maarten the Royal Palm impressed me. We had two bedroom suite great view, 2 bathroom kitchen and living room. Chantal at front desk was amazing arranging rental car, and boat excursion on the 4th of July. The rooms didn’t get cleaned daily unless requestbut that’s covid now. They provided extra towels and really went above. The swim up bar was lit daily met new friends who I honestly feel we will keep in touch. Close to main strip easy to get ferry to st barths just great vacation.

We appreciate your feedback. We do apologizes for the bar staff as it is an out source restaurant we will send your concerns to the bar manager. As for the club noise around the area it is beyond our control however we are slowly looking for ways to find solution.
