staff not welcoming at all! room phone not working found out on check out day when they were trying to call us?! ants in the room!!! staff knocked on our door at 11pm to let us know shuttle was reserved for following day!!!!!!

Nice hotel, clean, and pleasant staff. It's near the bus stop and easy to get around, plus taxis are easy to get. There's nothing convenient within walking distance (stores or restaurants) but there is a fridge to store drinks/water if you stock up while you're out.
The hotel seems very old. The halls have dim lighting. The lobby looks decent and appears to have had some upgrades compared to the rooms. The walls in the rooms have several black marks. There was a short in the lights so they flickered. The towels were raggedy so we dried our bodies with toilet paper. The toilet and the shower were in the same small space in our room so when I showered water got on the toilet. The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming.
Good facility and easy access to transportation and eateries.
Need a coffe device in the morning Everyone is Very nice

This is an older hotel in an out of the way location. It was clean. WiFi was very annoying as had to continually set it up many times. Breakfast was not very good.
Room was cheap for the one night I stayed there. Bad hotel for walking. Room was really small and had no working fridge, No iron and the walls are paper thin. Did I mention it was cheap? I paid around 80 bucks for a Sat. Cheaper then most budget hotels/motels in the states. Wouldnt stay again but the hotel was exactly as I expected. Oh and Wi-Fi was decent in the room.
Room pics are very deceiving! The are very small! We stayed in Fairmont Singapore hotel before this. The size of this too is the size of the bathroom. I mean it's very very small. Please checkout in person and book if required
Clean and bright room. Friendly stuff. Free international call. Free wifi. Although not next to Metro station, 4 bus stations just outside hotel. Bring you to outran park and vivo city. 25 min drive to airport. Overall very plesent stay in this hotel. In Singapore hotel is very small and expensive. I have recommend this hotel to my friends if they looking for budget hotel around US$100. Of course there are much better hotels in Singapore if you are willing to pay over US$300 per night.
Has to move 3 times. First room, 4th level: very strong air freshener to remove smoke smell. Has headache. Moved to 6th level: defective AC. Moved to 7th: very noisy the whole night. Very small room: Extra bed requested, limited room to move around. I think safety issue if emergency happens. Reasonable price. Breakfast not come with accomdation. Hair dryer not working.
It's a small hotel, good if you are on a tight budget. It's a bit out of the way, but buses pass by the front of the hotels and with stops nearby in either directions. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating, allowed me to check-in in the morning without extra charges. Room is small, but ok if you are using it only to sleep at night. Breakfast provided, adequate but not sumptuous. The small room refrigerator was not plugged in, so it smells stale and I would not use it. Hotel also provided a local cell-phone with Internet access and local info. However, I had acquired a local SIM therefore opted not to use it.
