The price was right. The hotel is basic, but I only needed a place to sleep for a few hours and served that purpose very well.

In their description they never said anything about if you don’t have a boarding pass, you can’t get in there. I called them twice before I arrive at the airport, they said nothing about it at all. And when I call them in the midnight when I arrive, they say there is nothing they can do until 9am in the morning. They also refuse to refund it saying they can’t process any booking requests until 9am. Told me they will get back to me when the office is open, but nothing ever since. It’s been more than 5 days.

The staff was rude and uncooperative. I would like my money back but since I booked through orbitz they were unable to provide me with one.

My reservation was canceled without any notice. Just terrible. Not recommended.

Terrible experience because it was not clear that this is different type of hotel/scenario. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE to go outside hotel/past security. Unless you have a boarding pass already, and some carriers will not provide until three hours before. ( ie United) Booking details should be MORE CLEAR..on that And on the fact that BE CAREFUL not to book just 6 hours.

The hotels facilities are very nice. Unfortunately I happen to be there on a night where the power in that part of the airport went out. So at 3am you had bright emergency lights on in every room. This made my stay so bad as I could not get the proper rest in I had paid for. The shared shower situation is also a little confusing. They just give you one clean towel. I wasn’t sure if I was suppose to use a foot towel or what so I just wore sandals in the shower. The bathrooms are also not always the cleanest facilities. Especially after several people have used them and the cleaning personnel hasn’t been in. Other than that the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was impeccably clean. It was a good spot for a layover and a proper sleep. When I was finished with the room I was also given a free meal which was actually alright. I dined in their lounge which has nice views of the runway and is peaceful. Overall if you can get a good deal I would recommend staying here. Sometimes the prices can be ridiculous. Also I would recommend getting a room with your own shower and bathroom.

So happy to discover Aerotel Transit Hotel at Changi Airport, Singapore. This is the second time we've stayed here to take a stretch-shower-nap break during a long layover from US enroute to Paro, Bhutan. Last year we were enroute to New Delhi. Both visits were most satisfactory, everything from the comfortably nice, clean, elegantly furnished rooms, to the warm and clean indoor pool to the early morning made-to-order breakfast. We extended the base 6-hour stay by two hours and made our 6:30 am flight without a hitch. Everything was done efficiently and professionally - highly recommended. We prefer this hotel to the Ambassador Transit hotels also at Changi because of the breakfast and pool and the overall elegant design. The bathrooms are better too.

We got exactly what we needed: comfortable beds, clean room and quiet. Staff was helpful and courteous. Highly recommend if you need a few hours sleep between flights.

The hotel is located in side the airport after checking in and immigration. It is only suitable for intrastate passengers. It is not suitable for passengers, who need to relax before their flight.

Friendly front desk. Tasty meal was a surprise bonus. Sound-proof rooms which allowed for a restful stay.

i was never able to check in and no refund.
