Room had holes in the floor and wall. Breakfast was bagels still in the bag thrown on the counter, watered down apple juice and prepackaged muffins. For $240 a night I expected slightly more than a basement room with no view and some off brand muffins

Worn out rooms. Broken bathroom light. Flooring loose and damaged. Broken desk chair.

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY filthy! We rented 3 rooms and they all had issues. One had a leaking tub and water leaking through the ceiling. One had a leaking toilet. They all smelt of smoke and one mattress had blood stains. One of our children also got stuck in the elevator! Orbitz was NO help and the hotel manager has not returned calls or emails. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great service

The hotel is outdated and desperately needs renovated and deep cleaning. There are only 2 small elecators for the hotel and only one elevator worked, so took forever to get to another floor. I understand this area is very popular for sports and tourism but $200 a night is way to much for this hotel! My 2 queen bed room was smal. The bathroom is set up is terrible. The sink is in an area of tiny space with no door and the toilet and tub/shower are in a even tinier space off of that with a door that didn’t even lock. If you wanted privacy to change there was none. No way could you manuver to change in the tub area. The room floor had been barely swept and was clearly still dirty, there was a screw on the floor by the entry door and the tv remote had buttons completely missing! There was only a take and go breakfast which I guess I shouldn’t complaiin but It is nothing special or worth going for. There were no towels in the pool area and it looked old and wore out. The whole hotel is old, carpet and floors wore out, walls looked marked up and dirty, dogs are welcome and someone had let their dog pee a big puddle inside the entrance that no one was bothering to clean up. I am just glad we only had to stay ine night. I can understand why this hotel was the only one in town that still had openings. Highly recommend staying elsewhere unless this is the only option.

I had no towels and my toilet was dirty

kind of run down

Property is old and outdated but served it’s purpose of a place to stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing to write home to mom about.

The girl tbat was working night shift was extremely sweet, but the gentleman that worked durinf the day was rude and short with everyone. I work in this industry and our gm would have our heads if we treated guests that way! The rooms were less than ok on cleanliness, my mom found leftover food in her fridge, my aunts room had tooth paste all over the smoke detector, my sheets in my room had a giant rip right in the middle, coming from 6 years of housekeeping managment i understand things get missed but these arent small things, and in every room!!! Your girls need re training badly or manager who cares for the peoperty!

It’s ok.Hot tub is by reservation only and they don’t really enforce it. Beds should’ve been replaced a decade ago. A few great restaurants within walking distance as well. It’s a La Quinta in a decent location off the highway. Don’t expect much more than that.

The hotel price is right and they advertised for free breakfast and a pool. The pool needs reservation, but you have to be at the hotel, checked in, to reserve a spot. So of course all spots were full when we arrived at 3:30pm to check in. Then the breakfast was cleaned up before 9am. We went down to get breakfast at what we thought was 8:50 and we see the clock at the front rest said 9am exactly. The breakfast was all cleaned up and we went back to our room and our clock in the room said 8:55. I called down and they offered us yogurt. So, if you want to come here for the pool and free breakfast, do not bother. Find a cheaper place.

The service is bad! And the building is dirty the lock of ameneties

The loft style room was nice. However, the bathroom sink leaked from under onto the floor, the room overall was not very clean, the swimming pool was freezing and the breakfast was literally just individual wrapped muffins. Very disappointed

This place is run down and has seen better days. The room was dirty and gross.

Room was

Dog friendly. Receptionists are very friendly and accomodating.

The loft room was massive and very comfortable. Bathroom was small and dated
