Very friendly staff. Close to the airport. Right on the beach. Restaurant and bar on site.

Orbitz should refund the money we paid. It is in such terrible condition that we had to book another hotel through orbitz halfway through our trip This hotel should NEVER be offered by orbitz as it is falling apart. Most rooms are inhabitable and balconies are broken Please REMOVE from ORBITZ IMMEDIATELY

The staff was great and the hotel was very clean and just as represented

Property is further away from the airport than reported. In order to get the keys to my room I had to pay taxes, even though I had already paid taxes with the reservation.

Right on a sandy, but seaweed covered, beach. Lots of sea turtles bobbing about in it. Pretty rough the day we were there but folks were in the water, nonetheless. It’s either a crumbling hotel, way past its prime, or it’s one in the throes of a remodel. We really couldn’t tell which way it was going! Restaurant waitress was charming and helpful.

It was clean and we had a great ocean view. We didn’t eat there or have an experience with the bar service.

property is starting to show sign of serious need of maintenance.. Food seemed over priced ..

Nice hotel. Close to the beach. 45 minute commute to St. Lawrence Gap. 60 min commute to West Coast beaches.

Nice room but run down hotel far away from anything & amenities were the worst I’ve ever seen ! No WiFi in rooms either ! Terrible hotel

Nice hotel - although not much around, not too far from beach

Bugs in the bathroom counter . Doors were not safe windows were not even real windows

Enjoyable. Despite the east and south coast beaches being covered in seaweed.

Silver point is a great low key spot! The views are incredible and the hotel is situated right on the breakwater, so you have a constant soothing sound of waves. During most of the day you'll see kite surfers and windsurfers. The water is swim-able but it's definitely not for novices. The hotel staff is awesome, and very helpful (special shout-out to Kim, she really made the trip with her insider tips =). The hotel grounds are starting to show their age, to be fair, but the hotel is not unkempt or dirty. The on-site, restaurant is adequate, but the staff is great! We were very short can rides to local hotel spots and restaurants ( Oistins and St. Lawrence Gap), so bring cash! You can take a $2.00 ($1.00 US) bus up to Holetown, Bridgetown and Speightstown (but that's not for the faint of heart) as well. Overall, if you're looking for a low key holiday that isn't overly commercialized or resorty this IS the place =)

gorgeous location on a beach used by world class wind surfers - romantic beach couches to recline on overlooking the view - our room was on the other side of the road and right next to a sweet little pool - felt like we were very isolated - restaurant had helpful and amusing staff but lackluster drinks and food - only a 15 minute cab ride into town - cabbies at the hotel very accommodating - took us to restaurants and wonderful island shopping and waited for us - then gave us a tour of part of the island on the way home - companions kept awake by singing frogs - we loved them

Overall nice place, friendly people and the price is right.Everything is just far away. But because of that we spent a lot of time just the two of us. :)

We stayed here for our honeymoon. My husband (I love saying that!) and I are only 26 years old, but are very well traveled, not to mention, I am a stickler for hotels. I won't stay anywhere with "oven-mit bed spreads". After reading reviews from different websites, we landed on the Silver Point Hotel. As I am the picky one, I will give my candid review of out stay at the hotel. The staff was so amazing! From the second we arrived we were taken care of. The reception desk staff was beyond accommodating - they were able to do currency exchange on site, booked a rental car for us, had taxis available within minutes, booked any tours we wanted, etc. Not to mention, this was all with a smile and a genuinely positive and kind attitude. I gave a 4 on cleanliness and comfort mostly because I am spoiled. The room was clean, however, as we were on the beach everyday, I would preferred my sheet be changed halfway through my stay. The staff, upon checking out, did assure me that should I return (which we definitely plan on doing), they would be more than happy to change the sheets more often as long as it's requested with the reception. As far as comfort goes, I really was hoping to have a bathtub. The shower was really nice and had an open air feeling, which definitely added to our island experience, I just really like taking long baths. Amenities were great! Free wifi was available as well as onsite restaurant, bar, two pools, a spa, 24 hour security/staff, kitchenettes with actual plates, cups and cutlery, as well as access to the beach. The location was absolutely stunning! It is situated on the southern most tip on the island where the Atlantic and Caribbean meet, so the waves are a bit rough for swimming, however, there were tons of people para sailing and kite surfing - not to mention, there was a killer breeze. It also allowed for absolutely breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. As it's not on the main stretch of the island, it was much more quiet and secluded, which is just what we were looking for, but still only a 10 minute drive from all the action. I would DEFINITELY stay there again! We are already planning out next trip with our family down there :)

Great one night stay. 45 minutes to Bridgetown! Could find no nearby shopping but great price and property.

We were there for one day as a stop over to St. Vincent. I wish we had longer. The deck area is phenomenal! We ate at the hotel every time, it was some of the best food of the trip, and includes local foods. The room was small but it fit what we needed. There wasn't too much else in the immediate area, but taxis are cheap. Next time we travel we definitely want to spend more time here. Also, we were there on Low Season so it was almost empty, which we loved - just about had the place to ourselves!

Kind & cordial staff. All studio/rooms have great ocean views, but the balcony views are exceptional.. If you are into water sports - you've come to the right location.!! If you are looking for a remote area, away from town, that offers relaxation, sunbathing, good food, while enjoying a breeze by the sea or a dip in the pool....... this hotel is the perfect place!! .
