We arrived at the hotel at 10pm after a very long work day and travel time. The staff was nice, but the first room they gave us was still being cleaned by the housekeeper at 10pm. They responded by giving us a different room on the same floor. I took my shoes off and the carpet was soaked at the end of the bed in front of the fridge, this grossed me out. Then when I went to put my stuff on my bed I noticed brown marks all over the bed skirt toward the head of the bed that looked like someone had either burned cigarettes on the bed or wiped their rear end. Looking closer at the bed skirt on both beds it was discovered that they were both equally filthy with smears and stains of varying colors. The actual bedding sheets appeared to be clean and we inspected for bed bugs and found no signs. The room was older, a lot of rust and scratched paint in the bathroom and dressing area. This room was not worth $200 per night. I was extremely disappointed and grossed out by this stay.

Us this hotelis of the freeway but it's located in a safe area in the foothills of Hellyer. Finding the turn in to the hotel is a little tricky because there is a church right next to it with a completely different driveway, but it doesn't give you access to the hotel parking lot so we got a bit misled. The hotel is deviated body and the rooms were above average. I would definitely stay here again.

Not what I expected . The breakfast was so bad. Not meet the basic continental standard.

Reasonably priced hotel for the area but a tired facility that shows it age. Air condition unit is loud and difficult to sleep with. Furnishings are old and worn (the ironing board would not stay up).

The best hotel breakfast. Breakfast was located at a restaurant located in the same parking lot. Excellent food

Nice hotel and room, temperature in room was reading 74. I woke up because room was too hot. Had to call front desk from cell phone. No one answered phone when calling from hotel phone. Someone came to my room at around 2AM and looked and said it was on heat, no directions on how to change hot or cool. I had lowered temperature thermostat to 65 degrees and never cooled off.

Booked a room with a king bed and "free breakfast". Was given a queen bed, and coupon for a danish, fruit bowl and juice at nearby restaurant. At check out, staff advised I was given an "accessible" king bed? I misinterpreted free breakfast as on site with options. Oh well....cheapest place I could find last minute so it served its purpose.

Everything is nice except breakfast that free breakfast is not impressive.

Spent a weekend in the bay area visiting family and friends. I felt happy with the hotel upon arrival and thankful for the reasonable rate for a safe, clean hotel. The customer service as OK. Nothing over the top. My first impression of my room was that it was updated and clean. I dropped my brush on the floor in the bathroom and found, old dirty brushes and a hairspray bottle underneath the vanity. It was a bit disappointing. The cable on the TV was limited yet Showtime was available which I thought was cool until I came across soft core porn at 11pm. Not my cup of tea, but not the hotels fault. I was frustrated that Orbitz said free breakfast was included in my stay when it wasn't. The hotel does not provide breakfast. The is a restaurant on property that provides room service. They were prompt and had affordable prices. I ordered breakfast at 8:45am on Saturday and my tray with dirty plates was never picked up. I left it on the floor next my hotel room door in the hallway and it was not picked up by time I checked out on Sunday morning. Little weird.

the front desk was slow . the closes cart had a flat tier they did not talk it of line

The hotel was clean and nice. I liked the look of the lobby. Hot coffee and tea in the lobby every morning was very nice and I appreciated it. Just wish they would have had green tea...I should have asked. The hotel is fairly close to downtown which I liked. I liked the rooms. Very nice! Had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. My only negative comment was about the inattentiveness of the registration clerks when I wanted to check in. There were two and no one acknowledged me. They were in the front and could clearly see me. The manager or supervisors in the reception area had to tell the clerks to help me. Something which the manger/supervisors should not have to do but be instinctive to the registration clerks. Also, the both clerks were not wearing name badges.

This hotel is far below the standards of any other Wyndham.

The price that is advertised is not the price you pay why is that ?

I booked a queen size bed room and instead revived a queen size bed room. I asked how come they have me a queen instead of a king, I got a response saying it as booked through Expedia and there's nothing they can't do about it.

Price was right but expected room to. E in better shape. Pealing wallpaper, ripped blinds, missing hooks, bathtub stains, and a toilet that wouldn't work without manual intervention at each flush. Could be a great hotel with a little more upkeep but until that happenes you're rolling the dice.

The hotel is further away from SJC than I expected. The room was nice and clean. My room was missing a coffeemaker. The front desk person at checkout was too busy playing a game on their phone to care much. The coffee in the lobby had a disgusting amount of coffee grounds in it. Not a good way to start my day.

Had a terrible experience. From checking in to checking out. Hotel is dated, under staffed, and housekeeping crew did a terrible job - left the room half cleaned without changing or replenishing basics. Room walls are not insulated - we were able to hear loud sounds from every side. Also we could smell weed in the room floor. First and last time at this place.

Nice, clean, friendly, would recommend to anyone .

mo extra toilet paper and a shower cap left in bathroom. as I was taking my shower the shower gel ran out. the air condition was making sounds the whole time I was there. The last morning I went over to where the air conditioner was and the carpet was really wet. The air condition noise sounded all night like the waves at the beach.
