The hotel was roomy and comfortable for our family. The included breakfast wash bonus. The location was perfect for our needs (visiting family). Would stay there again.

Nice clean rooms for the price we paid. Lobby was clean. The hotel offered complimentary hot breakfast which was great. Only disappointment was the pool was warmer than the spa and the spa jets did not function correctly. Instead of bubbles in the spa it looked like a warm boiling pot with water splashing everywhere. They couldn't get anyone to fix it while we were there. But other than that the hotel was a great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I have enjoyed my stay here everytime.

Great place to stay. Great location. Quiet. Rooms are very nice. Full kitchen

All was good as far as Holiday Inn standards, as they had just finished a remodel. Food service could have been better but the added social dinners helped make up for it. Room service was not adequate with most of our group, (12 in all ), towels go quickly and were not replaced often enough. Most guest seem to be corporate hires and transient, not exactly a vacation type hotel.

Staybridge Suites San Jose exceeded my expectations. The place is attractive and well-maintained, in a convenient yet rather quiet location, and felt relatively safe. The suites are spacious and nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would certainly recommend.

My experience was great. The customer service is great with accommodating staff. I was able to check in early with no extra charge. The rooms are very clean and organized. I stayed in the two bedroom/ two bathroom suite and I like the layout. Very good price compared to all other hotels in the area. I love the fact that the walls are great as you are unable to hear any of your next door or upstairs neighbors at all. The one thing that is both, negative and positive, is the location. I love the fact that is very quiet with minimal traffic. However, the nearest store is about 2 miles away; there is a McDonalds, Denny's, and gas station a couple of blocks away. I recommend this Hotel!!!

We stayed for almost a week. The exterior of the hotel was in good condition but the living quarters seemed worn and a little old. While there were some noticeable stains on the carpet and upholstery, most everything was clean. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive and friendly. Also, the breakfast was top-notch with everything from scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes to cereal, bagels, fruit and a variety of beverages. The temperature of the water in the pool was perfect and the hot tub was great! All in all, the stay was OK and we'd be willing to stay there again.

Front receptionist was friendly when checking in, but the front receptionist when checking out was rude.

it was pleasant need more newspapers avaible. Check in was late do to guest not leaving as scheduled.
