Nice, clean room. Located in an industrial area but 10 min from shopping and restaurants. Easy access to freeway.
I was able to check in late. Despite the lateness, their I.T. dept called and helped with the room internet issue. I was very surprised considering it was after 9pm.

I asked to change pillow covering & bed sheet because it’s not cleaned from prior user, receptionists told us will change everything but nothing changed that we saw the same spot dirty. Very disappointed.

Hotel is near the Great Mall. We were given rooms with good views of the mountain. We booked 3 rooms but we got charged for parking when it said free parking in the third party website. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not refilled. There was only 1 disposable coffee cup in one of our rooms. It looked like housekeeping didn’t check all of these.
The room is clean, big however i think having this price range would have a microwave and a mini refrigerator. Amenities pool is under maintenance. The thing that is deceiving is it would state “ Included amenities Free self parking” but we have to pay $12/day for free self parking. I really don’t get it specifically stating this word as if this is an advantage when it is not.
Service was horrible and ruined our entire trip.
