This is a business trip. Motel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and decent though a little old. The location was good too on El Camino Real. With the price I think it is not a bad place to stay. The shower tap was dripping but I was okay with that.

We had a room on the first floor of this hotel. We actually had to take a step up to get into our hotel room. Not very good if you have disabilities. The room was OK and a small breakfast was included.

Very accommodating staff. Clean we'll maintained rooms and property. They make check in a breeze and very cost effective. If you like something affordable with basic accommodations you'll like your stay here.

The hotel was in a good location for me at a very reasonable price. It had everything I needed and I felt safe. While the hotel bed offered 4 pillows, they were too small and puffy for my taste. The breakfast was decent for free, but when I lifted the lid off the crockpot of oatmeal (grits?), it bubbled and burned my finger something bad ...

I did not have high expectations however when the light did not work as soon as I entered the room, the TV channels very murky and the bathroom and bath towels were very old and pretty grubby. So, I guess you pay your money and take your chances but not great value at all.

Hotel/Motel was fine. Staff were super nice and helpful.

Our room was way in the back very scary corner, didnt feel safe, One day we got no house keeping when we called the front desk said no room service after 1:00 PM - they did bring us fresh towels after we asked. Continental breakfast was good!

Checked in quickly. Room shows age, although all amenities are there. No bathroom vent fan. Noisy air conditioner. Breakfast decent, ran out early. Staffs are great, though. Thumb up. An average stay overall. A little over priced, for your rate turns out to be the rack rate, and not even with AAA discount.

The hotel was fine, the only thing was the bedspread was stained and I threw it on the floor and never looked at it again. Also, the pillows were small, but there were 4 on the bed. Bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good, waffles and other things, good coffee. The staff was helpful with questions. The t.v. was too close to the bed for the large screen size. All in all, a decent place and a good stay.

Older, not well maintained motel. Not quite a "dump" but pretty close.

Nothing to complain about, way passed expectation. Super clean, friendly service.

The hotel was fine, plain, clean and quiet and economical. The staff was most helpful. The continental breakfast was quite sufficient. It met our needs quite well.

Easy check-in, courteous staff, above average furnishings, quiet & clean facilities, great breakfast selections incl. heart, cholesteral, and weight choices. One slight draw back: WiFi reliability wasn't very stable, frequent reductions in speed.

The room they found was a smoking room. ( was the only choice) Even with the widows all the way open, I was sick all night, the stench from old tobacco was on everything!

Good location, minutes from SCU. Very commercial street, but lots of restaurants and easy access to freeways. The houskeeping staff takes pride in their work. Breakfast was underwhelming.

I loved the room. The bed was very comfy. To top it off, the continental breakfast was much better than what i expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Layout is pretty traditional 60s type motel - two parallel buildings (perpendicular to the road) with parking in front of doors either between the buildings or on the far side of a building. Two stories (don't know about elevator - stayed on first floor). Functional, well maintained, with just enough in decor or general sense of quality that it felt comfortable in a way that a Super8 does not. My room had a small refrigerator (bigger than a dorm "cube" and worked well), and microwave (didn't try). Free breakfast includes wafflemaker, cereals, OJ, apple juice, milk and skim milk, yogurt and the usual assortment of pastries, bagels, etc. Location is on El Camino, which one would not normally think is great, but it's in a fairly quiet area in Santa Clara.

The front desk was very helpful and the rooms were quiet and clean. No problem getting connected to Internet from the room.

they where very nice, friendly and the rooms are good and clean! the breakfast is good and the pool not the biggest but ok
