It was only a 1 night stay but was a good experience. Had mire ammenities than other more expensive hotels I usually stay. Rooms do need Safes for guests though.

Stayed for two nights. We were welcomed with bottled waters, trail mix, and cookies (which was so nice to have after driving all day).Room was clean, charming, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only thing negative I could say was the heater/ac unit would make a horrible sound every time it shut off. Will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Little but thoughtful extras like bottled water, cookies, trail mix with a letter from the manager welcoming us upon entering our room. Also a Kerig coffee maker with Starbucks pods, and ceramic coffee mugs, what a nice alternative to the standard options you usually find at other places.

This area is so expensive that it is a real treat to find a pleasant, less-expensive option. The rooms are quite large, with plenty of room to maneuver, and comfortable several places to sit. The desk is actually large enough for a computer and paper, with room for the miscellaneous stuff of travel. Bathroom area is a bit worn, but perfectly functional. Breakfast was nice in a small but well-lit space.

I enjoyed my recent visit to The Menlo Park Inn. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. I would recommend to a friend.

The "paper airplanes" were my fav. They really personalized the experience. They made me connect to the front desk staff.

We needed a place to stay for one night because of an early morning appointment at the Stanford medical complex. We found this on Orbitz and booked it based on customer ratings and price. It proved to be very clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient to Stanford. It is a great place to stay, especially for the price. 5 stars.

The Menlo Park Inn is a lovely place. The lobby has coffee, cucumber water, Martinelli's sparkling cider, and other little treats. The receptionist was friendly, and offered suggestions about places to go. The room was clean, nicely decorated, had a great desk with electric sockets built in, and had a cartridge coffee maker. The location was walking distance from Santa Cruz St. We really enjoyed our stay.

So, this hotel is amazing. The room was clean and big enough for 4 people. It is situated in a good area near to San Fransisco. I recommend this hotel.

Had a geat experience. Very clean and comfortable, Nice staff!

Great location for our purposes. Raised lip on area around steps should be leveled. Almost tripped.

Nicer hotel for what it is in Menlo Park. The staff at front desk is friendly and a accommodating. The cleaning crew however loves to converge and chit chat a lot in common areas which can be disrespectful to guests who are trying to relax in the privacy of their room. The rooms on the second top floor have very thin flooring therefore you will hear every footstep when there's walking. Highly advise you to get a top floor but don't walk. Breakfast is great with hard boiled eggs and awesome oatmeal.... mmmmmm love love the oatmeal.. Overall I'll recommend, but they could be so much better if the issues above were addressed.

The room was nice and spacious for the price. The breakfast that was included was nice. The walls were a bit thin, and that was the main issue.

Clean, quiet hotel. Close to downtown and nicely remodeled.

It is a nice motel, very clean. The breakfast was comparable to other places nod staff was very friendly.

This tucked in renovated motel-like Menlo Park Inn was outstanding. Very comfortable bed, large bath and polite caring staff was a real bonus for our Thanksgiving stay. Very generous continental breakfast was much more than expected offering delicious coffee, juices, great muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereals and hot waffles. Downtown location offered great walkability to shops, restaurants and train to downtown San Francisco. It was a win/win for us!

I'm so glad I received this survey.Your staff is INCREDIBLE!! We had an experience when we checked in and Andrew was at the desk.I immediately looked at his name tag when he did an EXCELLENT job defusing a situation that could have turned out very differently.A man entered thru the lobby door cursing. There was a family in front of us and myself as he walked in. He was talking to himself, pacing, went in and out the door. Andrew was SO polite and professional to this guy as well as all of us but did end up having to call the police because the guy was threatening him.Andrew stayed calm and courteous and I personally felt safe. We have come to your hotel a few times and definitely would come back. I adored Denise the night clerk as well as Casandra. The service in the breakfast room, your staff, was sweet and friendly, smiling thru out the morning. Our room was clean and my bed was SO comfortable.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provide breakfast, which is pretty good compare to other complimentary breakfasts I've had in the past, most importantly the coffee was strong enough! And there was fridge and microwave in the room.

nice location and nice staff。peace and quiet stay。
