Everything was great! Friendly staffs, Nice and complimentary breakfast... Except one thing. There was a big stain on the middle of sofa when I check-in the room. Somehow cleaning lady said it couldn't be removed. She kindly covered the stain with towels. I don't know how earlier guest made that stain but it didn't look OK. Except that, it was convenient location and decent priced hotel!
Nice hotel; very clean; mostly comfortable, nice staff. My only downer was there was no driver at 9pm to deliver food from the menu; the menu says the restaurant is open past 10pm. Also the person in the room above me stomped around all night, but that's not the hotel's fault. I'll stay here again, but on the top floor!
Clean and spacious. Burger King next door. All in all solid spot. Close to the stadium less than a 10 minute drive.

First, we tried to call this property at least a dozen times the day before we arrived. There was either no answer or we were hung up on, every time! We arrived early and were told we would Have to wait until the 3PM check in. Then we inquired about their supposed '24 hour shuttle' to the airport. Our intention was to drop our luggage in the room, return the rental car on time, and take the shuttle back to the hotel, then use the shuttle in the mornings to go back to the airport. The person who appeared to be the manager told us we could only have One shuttle ride, and that they did not shuttle, but called for an Uber instead! It ended up we had to extend our car rental for a day, costing us $50. The room itself was ok, except the tub was so high it would be difficult/dangerous to try and step into it. Overall a poorly managed and advertised property.

In spite of being very close to SJC we were not woken by planes during the night. Great breakfast!

An older property, but rooms updated well. A broken ice machine and an odor in the hall made a bad first impression, but the room was clean, and hot breakfast was appreciated.
