I have stayed in this hotel for a number of years. Since the remodel the experience is much better, the lobby is so much more attractive and the breakfast is served in a larger space, but still the same as before the remodel. I like the new hotel better and will stay there again.

The hotel is very clean and always smelled nice! The free breakfast was surprisingly a very decent spread with lots of choices. The rooms were very clean which is a huge plus for me, especially the linens! I always appreciate having a mini fridge and microwave for those little things you need every day. The rain shower was a really nice touch to the bathroom, along with the vanity light behind the mirror! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!!

This hotel was clean and modern, and has parking underneath the hotel. Short distance to restaurants. About 15-20 minutes from Stanford's campus depending on traffic. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a concert at the Shoreline Amphitheater. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff. We were not able to check right away but the receptionist was very informative about what we can do while we wait and how long it would take. (We came in about 2 hours before check-in time). We only had to wait about 15 minutes for our rooms. The rooms were very clean and well stocked for my friends and I. We only stayed one night but it was a very comfortable night! We will definitely stay here again when the concert comes back next year!

Good hotel and will stay there again. Was up to my expectations.

Close to where I need to be. Nothing special. Too pricey for what it is

This hotel is undergoing major renovation and in many ways should not be open or at least NOT charging the high rates that they are. Parking lot was full and littered with construction debris. They were using the second floor lobby as the registration area which was basically a folding table with a computer/printer on it. My room was almost new but had no phone or tv service. To top it off, I arrived late at night in pouring rain and couldn't find the place because none of the outside hotel lights were on. They should either wait till construction is further on or dramatically reduce rates with full transparency to anyone reserving a room there.

breakfast is very good. Great place in MTN view. Great location.

If you want to a place to crash on a business trip, this is not a bad place. It is close to downtown Mountain View and close to Palo Alto. It is simple, and does the job.

Comfortable, affordable. Would stay here again if.

all of thee above. Need a better breakfast area, rather than the lobby with no tables or chairs.

The staff was really friendly when I checked in. The room wasn't super fancy but it looked nice. I had to work a graveyard shift one night when I was there and put up the do not disturbe sign the next day until about 2pm. They made sure to clean my room at a convenient time for me. In my experience most hotels will not clean your room if they have to skip it the first time they pass thew. Overall, I feel this place lived up to its name. I definatley had a comfortable stay.

The staff were not at all friendly. They never smiled or interacted. Rooms were functional. Reused their shampoo bottles.

Stayed at this hotel while my sister-in-law was having surgery at Stanford Hospital. The location is far enough from the campus so the price was reasonable, yet close enough so that the commute to the hospital was easy. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. Only stayed one night but could have easily stayed a week with no problem.

very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was just as expected: clean, comfortable, good location, good price. Our room had a microwave and a refrigerator, which were great since we were traveling with a baby. Internet access unfortunately is only available at the lobby, but there was no one using it, so access was very easy. Breakfast was simple, but it was good and it did the job. Just as expected from Comfort Inn.
