My experience was ok. I was bit disappointed with the front desk people.it took us around an hour to check in. The first room given to us had no view at all , second room offered had AC malfunction after trouble shooting for a while we were later offered the third room. The front desk guys didnt seemed to be very professional.

Everything was nice about this hotel. Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly.

Except with the refrigerator that does' nt work, everything is fine all close to highways, restaurants and shopping mall.

Nice room but the carpet in my room feels a bit wet when stepped on with bare feet. Excellent service staff!

Everything was great until we needed guest services to answer our call for more towels and amenities. When I finally got someone to pick up the phone they said they'd send someone but nobody ever showed up. I had to call again the next day.

We were humuliately treated the last 2 days of our stay. We had made a serious compliant through Hilton customer service system. I don't repeat here again.

The hotel met my expectations, but te customer service needs to be improved. I booked online a room with the bathtub, and when I got there I asked if I'll get this room (because previously I have read reviews about this hotel saying that u don't get the room you ask), but the front desk guy answered that he doesn't know, probably. It was weird for me. The room was clean, which made me feel more comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean service was great and was quiet. I will be booking rooms there in I'm in the bay area

Great hotel experience. Walking distance to many restaurants & shops. They offer a made-to-order breakfast - worth the price.

My short stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Milpitas was indeed a pleasant one. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff are very helpful. The shuttle service was unavailable at one point and they sent a private cab to pick me up. I would definitely revisit and recommend this hotel to others.

I had a good trip at the hotel.The only problem I had is that the room that I paid for on line wasn't the room I ended up with.I paid more money.

I paid one price and when I get to the hotel ths room I wanted was sold out so they just put me in any room.. I really didn't like that..over all it was a good trip.

Hotel is ideally located and it is close to airport, Restaurants and business areas. PRICE IS RIGHT

If you want a room that will probably get double booked by a novice receptionist who has no management oversight, BOOK THIS HOTEL! I signed in at around 7pm and went to my room. Error 1: The clerk gave me my key and forgot to write room number on my key slip. Error 2: Once I got to the room, i tried to use the wifi and when it didn't work, I called down to the reception and they said the router maybe out and they would call to their technician and call me back..No Call Back, No Wifi. Error 3: I fell asleep that night and to my surprise, they DOUBLE BOOKED THE ROOM!! It's 2013 and why with computers and such, no one checked the room to see if it was vacant or not? Completely ludicrous. The next morning I went down to check out and the Front desk Manager told me she was sorry and would make good by sending me a free stay at another hotel for free to make up for the mishaps...I stayed at this hotel on 9/27 and it's currently 10/22, nearly a month later an still nothing in the mail as promised. Lies and excuses. If you want this, go ahead and book this hotel!

Always a good experience at this hotel. I can sleep very good at night with no noise.

the room was nice not to small or big very nice that it had a microwave and cooler. overall it was a nice change from home and most hotel rooms

It was a nice typical hotel stay. nothing fancy...nothing special...but a solid place.
