The staff is not friendly. Room charges are expensive and in addition to that parking fee and wifi fees are added.

Staff wasn't too friendly inthe morning, ourcouch was ripped and had a hole.atmosphere was not normal embassy suites atmosphere

I have stayed in several hotels in this area in this trip. This one is the best. I want to stay longer but they were sold out. The only draw back is that Wifi is such a hassle to use.

Needed a quiet place for an emotional event, this hotel provided that.

Very noisy. Black mold around the window in the bedroom.

Stay was fine. Staff is nice, but neglected to inform me the water would be shut off all day, a real inconvenience since I stayed here due to remodel at my home. Rooms are clean and big, but need an updated look. Indoor pool was nice looking, but is not well ventilated and the smell of chlorine was too overwhelming. The pool left us itching all night, too many chemicals. Dining was nothing to brag about, small menu and the food was mediocre. Overall I liked my stay, but will probably find elsewhere in the future.

This is our 2nd time. Over the weekend, it was very crowded. By Monday morning, it was very pleasant.

Great hotel with decent breakfast. Courteous and hard working staff

It was ok. Only the extra comforter has still like some crayons. Not sure if it was washed or they just fold it nicely and return it in the closet. Called housekeeping to replace it. They did it right away . Also I ordered food during happy hour and I was told to pick it up but I am still in the atrium. Why they can't serve it?

Stayed here when we went for a college orientation for my daughter. This is very conveniently located in close proximity to all freeways and numerous restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and the complimentary breakfast.

Met our needs provided a good breakfast restaurant was very satisfactory elevators a little slow overall a good experience

It was perfect stay loved the huge rooms. Worth the money I though they had upgraded us. Very luxurious I would recommend you to stay here.

I stay at this hotel for one night The room was clean, bathroom was clean great customer service I had a realy great night. I will recommend this hotel to any one.

Wonderful breakfast but we stayed while there was a family reunion. It was a little bit too busy around the pool otherwise nice trip

We decided to do a last minute getaway. The Front Desk was fast but they did not really greet us. But the staff that we met in the hallways always greeted us. Overall we had a good stay.

room spacious and breakfast convenient excellent location to freeways

rhe room was nice and the food was very yum!! but it lackes a little something for the price of the place room is big and roomy as well clean but they say free high speed internet but charge you for it only free in the lobby do not think ill go again ant what one thinks or hope when you stay at a suite.

Great rooms, staff & breakfast/dinner. No complaints here.

My family and I were really impressed with the hotel and it's gorgeous interior. Our suite was wonderful...comfortable and roomy. The complementary breakfast was excellent and included just about everything one would want from omelets, pancakes, french toast to the traditional continental breakfast. My children had fun in the pool and it was relaxing for my hubby and me. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice large room with good amenities. Also a good hot breakfast & a good indoor pool & jacuzzi. Nice jogging trail along creek in the back. 2 negatives: an extra $10/day for internet access, except their computers in the Business Center; and a noisy, crazy environment full of kids on Sat. only.
