Convenient location. Spacious room. Nice shower. Comfortable beds.

My boyfriend and I had a great time at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with free buffet breakfast. It didn't seem like there were a lot of guests the weekend we stayed here. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area. Great hotel = great stay.

Nice hotel, quite and great staff. The breakfast was good and coffee. Check in was easy

But general feeling of the hotel was below expectations. Staff was helpful, though, cleaning ladies kindly greeting you around the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for a business trip. Its centrally located, next to stores and some strip-mall restaurants. The room was large enough, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was included but not spectacular. The hotel does not have a gym. WiFi Internet was present but unencrypted (open WiFi hotspot) and didn't provide connectivity during one morning. To appeal to business travelers in this price range I would've expected a gym and working Internet.

Didn't have it, but definitely didn't love it. The hotel has a very old feel to it and definitely lacks that cleanliness feel. Bathrooms have super large bathtubs with inoperable Jacuzzis.

Nice hotel, worth the money, great location, thanks.

We booked this hotel after reading mixed online reviews, and I'm so glad we chose to take a chance. The room was AMAZING and such a great steal for the price we paid. We booked a king room which included a jacuzzi bathtub and a keurig coffee maker, two huge surprises for us. The bedding was comfortable. The room was big and clean. The halls were quiet. Parking was easy. The only problem we encountered was at check in - they couldn't find our reservation, even though we had booked the room weeks in advance. Otherwise, the workers were polite. We opted to skip breakfast and sleep in. We will definitely return!

This hotel is a gem. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean, the bed is comfy and the shower was big. Only compliant really were some loud neighbors upstairs so I would recommend a third storey room to eliminate that. The breakfast was adequate as well so that's a plus. Overall, it is a great hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

Nicely appointed contemporary furnished rooms. Jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise but we did not use it.

The temperature control in the room did not work. The controller on the wall did not follow setpoint. The room temp went from 80 deg to 58 deg F. They charge $1.00/page to print things. Computer setup makes you stand to use it.

This was a very pleasant stay in a hotel we have used before. The staff was very helpful, the full hot breakfast was really good and the rest of the hotel experience was quite pleasant. Value was very good compared to other hotels in the area.

This is my second stay at this hotel as a commuter working in Palo Alto. Although my first experience was better than this one, I would still recommend this hotel to friends/family.

I come into the area about once a week to work so have stayed at a lot of hotels in Mountain View and Sunnyvale. Crestview is very comfortable, quiet and clean.

Stayed at the Crestview for 4 nights while working in the Mountain View area. Not a bad location - close to the road but room are quiet. Beds okay. Overall, everything is okay.

Everything was great. Only comment would be that room had some very minor blems on walls from prior fixtures and something that looked like a camera?

I couldn't get a reservation at the Garden Inn or the Hampton Inn & Suites. This hotel was where I needed to be, so I took a chance. It was a nice surprise. Rooms were well appointed. All in all, I was pleased I ended up with this hotel.

When we called about a light bulb being out they replaced it imediately, we always came back to a clean room.

Receptionist was rude and room was not comfortable at all. Jacuzzi is just little bigger size of bath tub and not clean as well. Rip off overall.

Part of my problem with this hotel was accidentally being booked into a smoking room and no other rooms were available. However, the foot prints in the jacuzzi tub and mold around various tub areas with a TV that was fuzzy until the loose cable was jiggled by maintenance (then only received washed out and blurry pictures) did not help. The breakfast eggs were cold and pre-made breads/pastries were old. The second night was better in a handicap room, with smoking far in the past (because it was a no smoking room), without mold and tub foot pints. I did sleep well in the comfortable beds both nights. The staff was friendly and apologetic, however, I do not believe I would stay there again.
