we stayed one night with my aunt/uncle...the rooms are nice...but my uncle is 70 yrs old, cancer survivor, he felt cold and we request an extra blanket...was given a "mattress cover"....he said he did not have any extra blanket...this customer service is "failing"....never in 27 yrs I travelled in the US has encountered this ...we are upset...NOT recommended...

Rooms was too close to main road "El Camino Real" and the traffic noise was just too much. Need to be more sound proof by installing double pane windows and doors without gaps.

This hotel was a decent price and a great location close to Stanford University. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. The only small problem we had was loud neighbors, but the office staff was wonderful to work with and helped rectify the situation. Overall great hotel in a wonderful location.

Great location, good price for the area, basic, no-frills, but clean and comfortable.

This hotel makes me sick every time I think about it.

The place is very clean, with FREE breakfast (even had eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles, you make yourself!). The furnishings are a bit dated, but you are not there to look at them... you are there to be comfortable, and it WAS!

It really is a 2-star facility. That says it all. Utilitarian, but nothing more.

The staff and amenities were adequate and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient to Stanford University

very small room.and smely. the refrigerator is very noisy and the water is so slow.

Nice place with good access to Stanford. rooms are decent and clean. Food was okay in the morning. typical for this type of place.

Close to Stanford University. Great for visiting campus - very close and great value for the price.

The hotel is well located at walking distance from Stanford University.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Easy centralized location in Palo Alto

Not too far from campus. Decent selection of food close by. The room was nothing special, but it clean and quite.

Could have used a few more towels without having to ask, but it was clean and comfortable and in a good location.

I just needed one night and I got what I was looking for. Great location (near to Stanford), very clean, very comfortable.

it's an ok place if you can get it for $100 or less a night. the internet is weak in some parts of the hotel. also, if you book thru this website, I suspect they give you the smallest king sized room available.

good, solid, very clean and new facility ..also quiet

They did not honor what we had reserved at all! Rooms are very small, need to be repainted. Bathroom was nice.

room clean, good location with nice staff, we all like it. it is close my daughter school.

Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear that the traffic noise was too much for you, but glad to hear that you enjoyed breakfast. Please ask for a room facing the school in back, on your next visit. Kind regards, Denise Wallace
