Orbitz Sucked, I paid $70/night more than my daughter who booked 2 days before she got there. Hotel wouldn't do a thing about it......and she had a suite!!

Convenient to airport, freeways, SAP Center, Santana Row etc. Very clean, great breakfast, staff were extremely helpful and mannerly. A great hotel experience!

Overall all excellent, staff very attentive at all times.

Best of value....for all categories. Even got breakfast at 5am.

The room was very clean and pleasing, plenty room. Breakfast was sufficient with a nice choice.I would use this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel near the airport.Of course it is also a plus that BILLS CAFE is opposite the hotel.Parking was free as was the wi fi.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I usually stay there twice a year due to the location and we have been very satisfied.

Stayed at this hotel to get an early start on an early flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. I would just suggest requesting a room that is not on the street side. The traffic noise bothered us until about 11pm when it settled down outside. I would recommend this hotel just a different room than what we had if you want to get some sleep earlier in the evening.

Nice room clean and friendly on budget for the family and a weekend. I will recommended

The minute I walked in the room and saw 3 inch plantation shutters on the windows I was impressed! The room was small but was very clean. I could hear very little airplane noise. Room was a few feet from the elevator but only heard it once. Breakfast was great too. Friendly front desk staff.

The room was amazing. Spacious with a super comfortable bed. The shower felt luxurious. There was a lot of road noise though and the pool was tiny and dirty. The breakfast was okay- pretty standard with cereal, bagels, eggs, waffles, etc.

We were visiting our niece and nephew in San Jose, and going with them to the Giant's game in SF. The hotel was 1 1/2 mile from their home. We had a great corner room with lots of light and room to move around. Huge, comfortable king bed.We were on the 1st floor and just one short staircase (also elevator) to get down to the office/dining area. Breakfast was free with many choices. I had some free time so I went to the Fitness Room and did some work on the bike. Although we did not have time to visit it, there is a pool and spa with a few tables with umbrellas. Open and covered parking, easy in/out, close to the freeway. A little noisy as it is near a busy street but that did not bother us. We will stay there again.

The hotel was decent, though the rooms weren't that great. The hotel is on a busy street and you can hear traffic all through the night. Wouldn't stay here again unless it was absolutely necessary.

I had a room facing the street, near the intersection. It was the noisiest room I've ever had. I could tell this was not the first time they heard that, as the desk guy was at my door within 2 minutes with a mega-container of earplugs. I will never return to this hotel. If you decide to go here try to get a guarantee of not facing the road, especially on the end near the intersection.

This motel is just one block off the 17/880 freeway, close enough to be convenient but far enough from the noise. Close to the airport and downtown San Jose. The room was big enough, the bed very comfortable. The free breakfast was adequate, nothing special (Waffles, hard-boiled eggs, rolls, cereal, coffee and juice). Inexplicably, management chose to save a few pennies with cheap, rough toilet paper. Other than that, a very good deal for the money.

Everyone on the hotel staff was very polite except for Mr. Patel. I arrived early at the airport (7 AM) and asked if I could check in early and he advised that I could not check in until 2:00 PM when ALL the rooms had been cleaned. I then witnessed him being very rude to another customer that stopped by to see if she could reserve one room for the night as her bathroom was being remodeled. He quoted her a price that was 60% higher than what I paid. She then asked if she could get a receipt that evening as she had to leave for work at 5AM the next day. He refused and said he could only give her a receipt the next day. She then advised him that he was being rude to her and asked for his name so she could write to management. She left without reserving a room. Yet another customer came in, in the same predicament as I was, and he was rude to him as well. That customer was notably annoyed with Mr. Patel as well. Again, everyone else on the staff was very kind and helpful. I will only stay there again if Mr. Patel is no longer there.

The room is very clean, which is the most important thing to a traveller. It's great.

Although it is going through renovation, it is clean and nice to stay for business. Affordable.

clear room, free breakfest, short distance to downtown

Very clean everytime I go, free wi-fi, good continental breakfast, and friendly staff!
