I would consider staying at this property again, but I would better prepare myself. It's a great location, a few blocks from the beach, shopping, dining, and nightlife. The staff was always very friendly and pleasant. We never had housekeeping, even though we had called for it one of our days there. They said there would be a wait of over an hour, which was fine, and then called us back when we were at the beach, and we missed it, asking if we still needed housekeeping. We could still get clean towels and toiletries from the front office. The rooms are very small. There are no closets or open storage space. The appliances are super outdated. Because of that, what usually takes 45 minutes to cook pasta dinner took us almost 90. They don't have everything you need in the kitchen (strainer), can opener, or larger pots/pans. They did provide us with beach chairs and coolers inside the room. You can reserve wagons and umbrellas from the main office (those are super outdated, too). We would stay here again, but fewer people stay in the room. We did a two-bedroom 1 ba with 6 people, and it was cramped without a closet and storage space. I would plan more eat-out meals as the kitchen is only good for cold prep or small meals.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was exactly what we were looking for. I really can’t think of anything we would change about the place and we will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend the Beachside villas.
Loved this little gem! We’ve stayed at their sister property, Siesta Key Suites & Tiki (liked it too) and thought we’d give the Villas a try and we really liked them! More privacy than the other resort, but smaller…love all the palm trees, hammocks and corn hole outside. The large Tikis are nice for relaxing or sheltering from the occasional rain. The beach is a short walk straight down the road and they provide beach wagons, a cooler and 2 nice beach chairs for each villa. Our 1-bedroom suite was comfy and plenty of room for 3. The queen bed was ok..it was very squeaky when you got in it but I slept fine. The sofa makes out into a bed but our son just slept on the sofa and said it was comfy. The heated pool is nice but small. The plus is you get to use the larger pool and hot tub at their sister property too and we did that several times. At night this place is magical…sit outside or lay in a hammock and watch the laser lights as they filter through the trees and grounds, twinkling in multicolor…just beautiful! All the staff we encountered were nice and accommodating. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

The property was an awesome location, very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The pool is on the smaller side but enough to relax. The office was closed on Saturday for some reason so we were unable to borrow the available bikes. There is no restaurant onsite so you either have to bring food or eat out. Overall happy and would stay again.
Great location! Walking distance to beach or downtown. They also have a heated pool. Very nice place.

We liked the location, very close to the village. We didn’t have to move the car fo 3 days we were able to walk to everything. The bed was a little too soft for me but that is a personal preference. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay here again

It was a lot bigger than I expected, perfect location, and very friendly people.
They gave our room away and then tried to give us another room on their sister property. The room was horrible. Even the hotel clerk said she would not put anyone in that room. The room smelled, the bathroom was moldy and the bed looked dirty.
