If you are going to Siem Reap take this hotel. Wonderful little cozy hotel with very kind and sweet staff. All of them! Perfect location for the night market and for Angkor. Restaurant and pool ++++++
A beautiful modest hotel very close to everything! The staff and service are some of the best I’ve seen in the world. Gives Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok a run for its money. We stayed for 8 days and it felt like home for us!!! Greeted with a beautiful Cambodian smile every morning, afternoon and evening. Not one single problem with rooms, check-in and check out. Clean, fresh, friendly, great value and professional. Will stay again! Thank you to the staff for making our stay so wonderful! Akun 😀 Peter and Siranee Hill
My stay at the Treasure Oasis hotel must have been one of the nicest times I spent on my holiday in Asia. Everybody welcomed me with such warmth, that it truly made me feel like I was surrounded by kind friends. During my stay I felt that all the employees were going out of their way to make sure I was having a wonderful time and they never passed a chance to offer a sweet smile; and as far as I could see in my surroundings, they applied the same attitude to every other guest (including my family, whom I've traveled with). I really enjoyed the food when I had lunch there, plus in the mornings, the variety they offered was truly overwhelming! The waiters were very attentive, reacting to even the slightest hand gesture or change in posture. When I went for a short swim in the pool, they were immediately at my service, even though I believe it's a little unusual for guests to go swimming in the rain, as I did, they still catered to my every need. In all honesty, everyone (be it the receptionist, the waiter, masseuse or cleaning crew) did a wonderful job at paying close attention to when their service might have been needed. Overall the look and decoration of the hotel was very pleasing, with details reminding me of the architectural elements in Angkor Wat. The rooms were adequately nice, but I especially enjoyed the set-up of the lounge in front of the elevator: laying down with a nice book and a fresh passion juice, and watching the koi and goldfish swim around in the neat little pool was one of my favourite quiet-time past-times. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family, if they ever wish to have a pleasant experience with high quality service while spending time in Siam Reap, and I have high hopes of returning here one day :)
The hotel is very clean and in a convenient location. The staff are so friendly and accommodating..you are always greeted with a smile (special mention to Bopea). The food they serve is of wide variety and of good quality. Aside from Angkor Wat tour, our hotel stay is one of the best experience I had in Siem Reap. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.
My bf and I stayed here for a days and absolutely loved it. The service was impeccable, rooms were large and clean, food was delicious and facilities were clean and useable. The staff greeted us on arrival with a cold drink, cold flannel and plenty of smiles. We really enjoyed our time here!
Excellent stay. Beds comfortable, rooms have everything you would need. Breakfast perfect. I am a solo woman traveller and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers.
Stayed here on my first visit to Cambodia, booked by my tour company. The first thing that struck me was the friendliness and warmth of the staff. I was welcomed and shown to my room by Visoth who is a brilliant ambassador for the hotel. Throughout my stay, all staff made me feel very welcome and 'at home'. Some of the other helpful staff were Malin and Roseth on the front desk, and many others whose names I unfortunately didn't write down! They all made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself is nice - the decor is older-style with plenty of dark, chunky wood, but everything is clean and tidy and my room, on the pool side of the building, was comfortable. The hotel is set in between other buildings so there's no outdoor space other than a small rooftop lounge/bar area which overlooks the pool area central courtyard. The restaurant also looks out onto the pool area. The hotel is about a 7-minute remork (tuk tuk) ride from the old part of town where pub street and the night market are. The fare was US$2 each way. I'd recommend this quaint hotel for its homely touch of service and warm Cambodian friendliness.
Stayed here for 3 nights as part of our Vietnam and Cambodia trip. This was one of the best hotels. Very clean, modern and in a convenient location. Our room was large with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Very comfortable large bed. Large, clean ensuite. We used the restaurant for two of our three nights. Excellent! The service in the restaurant and generally was wonderful - could not have been better
Spent three nights here as part of a guided tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. This was the best hotel of the tour. Very well presented, clean, and appeared to have been recently decorated. Spacious bedroom, large ensuite matching a very large bed with a balcony overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. Good restaurant - we had two evening meals in the restaurant- could not fault the quality and choice. Breakfast was superb - masses of choice and good quality! Many of the other reviews mention how good the service is, well all I can say is that they were right! Staff went out of their way to help my wife and I. I could not fault any one of them. So pleasant, so friendly.
I don't often write reviews however, we were treated so well at Treasure Oasis, I felt it was necessary to acknowledge this. Firstly I wish to call out 'Visoth' (I really hope I'm spelling his name correctly). The hotel sent us a pickup from the airport free of charge. Visoth picked us up, we were ushered into a minivan and given a bottle of cold water and a cool towel to freshen up with. He spoke great English and helped us with arranging everything in Siem reap. They upgraded us immediately to a larger room than we had booked and also gave us a welcome drink. Over the next couple of days the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. When we came back from an extremely sweaty hot day exploring Angkor, we were greeted with cool towels as soon as we walked through reception. The hotel itself is clean, contemporary and comfortable. Has a nice pool and a decent breakfast buffet included. Very easy to get a tuktuk outside to go to the night market or head to see Angkor. I highly recommend it.
