Guided bike tours, e.g. to the nature reserves along the Traun. Guest and entertainment program in Siegsdorf, accessible on a beautiful footpath. In winter there is a toboggan run and several cross-country ski trails right next to the complex and a small ski lift 3 km away. Ice rinks in Inzell and Ruhpolding, ski lift, ski slope, ski rental and ski school for alpine and cross-country skiing on the Hochfelln 14 km away. For younger guests, the Ruhpolding ski school offers children's ski courses with all-day care Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area!

Reise in die Vergangenheit!

Die Ferienwohnung war leider sehr hellhörig die Ausstattung war unvollständig, es gab Spinnweben und einige dreckige Ecken. Die präsentierten Bilder der Internetseite war in unserem Haus nicht zu finden, stattdessen eine Einrichtung aus den 70er Jahren mit kaputten Teppichen und trüben Fensterscheiben. Nach der langjährigen Nutzung dieser FeWo kann man auch die Schimmelspuren im Badezimmer nicht mehr verbergen, zumal es auch kein Duschvorhang gibt. Die Lage ist prima!

In die Jahre gekommen

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Bekommen haben wir eine mit einem Schlafzimmer. Es gab vor Ort einige Mängel. Der Duschschlauch war kaputt. Er wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht. Der Wasserzähler ratterte ziemlich laut, sobald einer der 3 Wohnparteien Wasser benutzte. Der Holzbalkon hatte einige Latten, die stark verwittert waren (Holz ist am Rand durchgegammelt). Leider fehlt auf dem Balkon etwas Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Es waren aber z. B. nur 3 statt 4 Gabeln und 3 kleine Löffel vorhanden. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer auch. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön groß, dafür die Küchenzeile sehr dürftig. Es gibt ein Brötchenservice, was auch praktisch ist. Alles in allem ein schöner Ort, wo man aber die kleinen Details zum Wohlfühlen aus den Augen verloren hat. Schade.

Wandern & Sightseeing

Wir wohnten "mittendrin" zwischen Chiemsee und Salzburg, Winklmooseralm und Waginger See und hatten eine Turbo-Woche inkl. Erholung. Die Ferienparkanlage ist wunderschön und ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Wir können nur weiterempfehlen!
